I live on a 8 acre small hay farm. There is also beautiful views o the mountains from the site. Lots of lovely sunsets. I Have Electricity and a Water hook up on the side of the house. This spot is close to everything outdoors that Central Oregon has to offer and super close to town if you want to go to the City for concerts, festivals, or some delicious restaurants close by!

I have one large RV Pad next to my home to rent out on a nightly basis. I live on a 8 acre small hay farm. There is also beautiful views o the mountains from the site. Lots of lovely sunsets. I Have Electricity and a Water hook up on the side of the house. This spot is close to everything outdoors that Central Oregon has to offer and super close to town if you want to go to the City for concerts, festivals, or some delicious restaurants close by!

The Ranch Pad
Full hookups were SO appreciated after a week of dry camping. Very convenient to breweries, Costco and Tumalo State Park. Jake was super friendly and helpful and made is feel welcome although we didn’t see him much! Thanks for having us, Jake🙏

The host was incredibly nice and the property and views were wonderful. I'm so happy we found this place. Easily accessible but away from the festival chaos. It was perfect!

Sweet RV Spot in Tumulo!

It was a lovely spot! Beautiful views of the Cascades, and the sounds of the sprinklers on the hay field was peaceful. Loved being so close to downtown Bend. Clean spot, nice guy, great communication, we would definitely stay here again!

The Ranch Pad
Jake was easy to communicate with. Convenient, safe location whether you want to go to Bend, Redmond, or Tumalo. Site is concrete back-in pad next to house and water, power and sewer are on passenger side. The property is on a main road/intersection so diesel truck/motorcycle noise can a bit loud at night if you're sensitive to that. Had a nice stay and would definitely come back again.
