Located in the Umpqua National Forest 16-17 miles above the city of cottage grove, we would like to introduce you to our slice of heaven. We have river front property with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Large open spaces for tents as well as your traveling buses, RVs, vans or etc. We have incredible swimming holes as well as beautiful scenery. We are working to get Wi-Fi to as much as the property as we can as well as down by the river. Rockers Roost is a very special place. Surounded by forest we are located where two valleys converge creating a microclimate uncomeparable to anywhere else in the state of Oregon. This site is right on the river where you can enjoy your own beach or share with your other guests. This site is only available certain times of the year as some of the year it is covered by the water. There is a large flat space for a bigger tent. And room for a few smaller ones. We have some tables and chairs. The swimming hole is divine. You can also look for rocks as the water is clear and shallow in some spots. We have quite the magical space here and are excited to share it with you. This is something that would be perfect for a birthday camp out or family reunion. We have smaller sites also available for more guests across the street. This is prime camping with rock hunting, perfect swimming for all ages with a trail that allows handicap access to the river.

Ripple's River Retreat

Amazing spot! The kids loved petting all the farm animals, and Anna even made them snowcones! The campsite was clean and comfortable, and the water was fantastic — there’s even a natural rock slide that flows into a beautiful swimming hole. We brought our floaties and had the best time. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you Huddy and Anna!

Very very primitive right off the road. We had our 35ft Motor Home we needed nothing else. The water pools were across the street and attracted lots of fun people. The sun was beautiful shining through the shade trees. Comfortable stay.
