**Please note, our property is for SELF-CONTAINED campers only - no toilet or hookups available. Class A RVs, Fifth Wheels, and Toy Haulers are too large for the road to our property** Our beautiful bluff property is close to charming old town Bandon, world class beaches, Bullards Beach State Park, Whiskey Run mountain bike trails, Bandon Dunes golf resort, and more. We're close to all the amenities yet private and peaceful, with a large open meadow surrounded by river, forest, and cranberry bogs. Pets are allowed but must stay at your campsite. Water and trash disposal available on property. We offer two different types of campsites at Prosper Bluff: Our Prosper Bluff with river access site can accommodate individuals or small groups of up to 3 small/medium camp vehicles. This open field camp with expansive views of the majestic Coquille River and Bandon Marsh National Wildlife Refuge is perfect for those who prioritize a spectacular view and privacy away from other campers with proximity to town and recreation opportunities. There is river and dock access (along with more views!) from our hiking trail adjacent to the campsite. You have the bluff meadow and trail to yourself, ensuring you and your fellow campers can relax and explore with as much privacy as possible. Our two Lost Valley Van Camp sites can each accommodate one self-contained campervan or truck camper and offer a quiet place to pull up amongst the trees on the outskirts of our open field. Each site comes with a convertible bench/table for two and a flat grassy area to camp with plenty of room to turn your vehicle around. This spot is great for mountain bikers and other adventurers looking for a simple, quiet, and safe place to stay the night. Please message us with any questions. We look forward to hearing from you!

This is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Location is awesome! We felt comfortable leaving our teardrop while exploring the area during the day. Brian was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Prosper Bluff with river access
We enjoyed our stay at Prosper Bluff immensely. The view is incredible and the site is level, private, and serene. We are so glad we went for the more expensive site, as the view of the river really made for a peaceful experience. Brian helped us fill up with water and gave us insider tips on the local mountain biking. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Lost Valley Van Camp - Site 1
Very relaxing space. I really loved listening to all the birds. There were other campers but it still felt private. Hosts were helpful and responsive. It was a great spot.

Lost Valley Van Camp - Site 2
Site 2 was perfect for our situation. We are self contained and had a lovely group of trees that provided privacy from site 1 in addition to shade. Thanks to our hosts for a lovely two night stay in Bandon.

Prosper Bluff with river access
Great spot for a travel trailer. Plenty of space to roam, which was especially nice for the kid and dog. Nice view overlooking the river with a path down. Found a level spot easily with plenty of room to get in and out. Close to everything around Bandon and Coos Bay.
