Cozy Coastal Getaway – Steps from the Beach! Bring the whole family to this centrally located, cozy retreat just one block from the beach and 1.5 blocks from shops and the famous Pelican Brewery. With room to sleep 8+ guests, it's the perfect home base for your coastal adventure. 🛁 Private hot tub 📺 Entertainment-ready with Roku TV. 🚫 Please, no parties – quiet time after 10 PM to respect our local neighbors. The space Open Kitchen and living areas downstairs. Plenty of seating. Bath and laundry downstairs. Three bedrooms upstairs. Large master with big windows looking out at "The Rock". Middle Bedroom queen bed and twin. Third Bedroom Bunker style with 2 queens and a twin. All good mattresses and linens. Deck wraps around 1/2 of house. Large front yard for parking, corn hole, badminton, etc. This is on a dead end gravel street. Walking to the beach takes 1 minute. It is very unique and charming home. Guest access Entire house Other things to note Pet fee $40 - no more than 2 dogs. Second dog an additional $10. Price reduced for one night. This house is located next to two neighbors who live there year-round. The outside (hot tub) has a STRICT 10:00 PM no noise. If this will be a problem for your group, please book another place. Note only 1 bathroom. Bathroom downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. Note that the steps are steep and older/younger folks may find this challenging.
