With its own dock and a small shoreline perfect for launching SUPs, canoes, kayaks, or floaties, this location offers endless opportunities for water-based adventures. Stay in the calm canal, or venture out onto the north-flowing Big Deschutes River. Seasonal access via the canal typically spans from June 15th to September 6th, ensuring prime enjoyment during the warmer months. Encounter a variety of wildlife, including deer, elk, rabbits, geese, squirrels, and more, enhancing the natural allure of the area. Whether you prefer basking in the sun or seeking refuge in the shade, this idyllic space offers the perfect balance for your enjoyment. Locally owned and meticulously managed, this property promises a seamless and delightful retreat for your relaxation and recreation needs. Your RV must have it's own self contained toilet and indoor cooking. Advertised nightly price is for one 30amp or 50amp electrical (your choice), one 110v outlet, one hose bib, and one sewer connection. 2nd RV will be charged extra. You can also use the large, empty, locking shed for bicycle and boat storage...... Equipped with one post for electrical that has: 2 - 50amp plugs 1- 30 amp plug 1 - 110v plug (on a 20amp breaker) and 2 sewer connections Also: one additional water bib not nearby to these. Rest assured that your privacy is paramount—we won't introduce strangers into your allocated time slot for the extra spot. Despite neighboring houses, the ambiance is remarkably serene and conducive to leisurely strolls in the tranquil surroundings. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the level of privacy afforded by this peaceful enclave. Tents for sleeping are not allowed, no open flame of ANY TYPE. See photos for example of a 26ft travel trailer as the upper limit for a good fit at our hookups. About 50% of the lot is exposed, and available for access to hookups. No tents, sorry. W/S/E hookups in summer and E/S only in winter, RV only camping. The other 50% is waterfront, soft, shady, grassy....not conducive to parking or camping but walkable to the canal edge for paddling access. Wildlife moves through the area, property is NOT fenced, so pets must be on a leash and not chase the local animals. Examples include ducks, geese, deer, elk, hawks, rabbits, chickens, housecats. Neighborhood quiet times are 10pm to 7am.

Beth’s place was beautiful spot! Resident area but quiet and canal view was wonderful. Many deers and birds, reflection of sunset light and trees on canal was outstanding! Provides power , potable water and dump was included. 10min or so to Sun River Brewery and many Food trucks was fun place. About 30min to Bend. Like Old mill’s District. Many’s are pet friendly. Convenient and quiet. We loved Beth’s place. A+!

Great setting/location!

We stayed over the long Labor Day weekend and loved having the whole lot to ourselves. The location was convenient to hiking/paddling along the Cascade Lakes Hwy and biking the paths at Sunriver (and Bend isn’t too far either). The host was very responsive to our questions. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope to return soon.

Good quiet location. Would stay again. Convenient to cascade lakes, fall and deschutes rivers as well as Sunriver and Lapine.

Great set up , must back in with any trailer 20 feet or more. Not exactly on the Deschutes river , on an ebb , wasn't flowing when we were there. lot's of mosquitoes at night..

Beautiful 1 acre lot. Private, quiet, and full hookup. Lots of wildlife. Great spot for paddlers, cyclists, and those just wanting a quiet place to enjoy the outdoors. Neighbors on both sides but privacy fences. Need to respect that this is a community of homeowners. Quick drive to Sunriver.
