Creek front 1200 sqft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath house on 16 acres nestled in the coastal foothills of the Willamette Valley. An easy access property from I-5 and close to amenities while still having all the perks of country life! 4 miles to nearest convenience store, 10 miles from Junction City and 20 miles from downtown Eugene. Many close places to recreate! 50 miles to the coast and 18 miles to the nearest lake for swimming, floating and boating! There are many wineries and breweries in the area. Or enjoy the property by cooling off in the shade and taking a walk or sitting in the creek with complimentary chairs provided! The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and making coffee/tea in the morning. It is very well climate controlled with mini split A/C and heat. 2 porches and an outdoor table under twinkle lights to relax and eat dinner, play games or read a book with a glass of wine! Private access to the creek and property, fenced for dogs to run around. Owners live next door in case of emergencies.This house is ideal for weekend getaways, small family gatherings or friend reunions. Total amount of guests is 8 people, bring an air mattress or a tent for extra people if you want as camping is also permitted! Any larger of party or events need to reach out to hosts directly. The kitchen comes fully stocked for cooking with coffee/tea provided. We have a variety of dishes and cook ware, basic spices and olive oil for making meals. Dining table seats 4 or 6 with insert. Dishes seat 6 as well. ✨️There is very fast internet in case someone wants to work from home✨️ The master bedroom is the pink bed in the photos and comes with a queen size bed, full length mirror. Our mattresses are firm and supportive. There is a pull out couch with a full mattress and smart tv that has Netflix and Amazon prime. The smaller room is the teal bed and located on the opposite side of house. Which lends to a very private feeling weather you are staying with friends or family. It comes with a queen size bed, chair and large mirror. It is very well climate controlled with mini split A/C and heat. 2 porches and an outdoor table under twinkle lights to relax and eat dinner, play games or read a book with a glass of wine! The bathroom is a large standing shower with large rain style shower head. It is stocked with enough towels for 6 adults. Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Equipt with a full length mirror and bench for clothes.

Great cozy stay nestled in OR woods

2 Bedroom 1 Bath House

The Frog and Fern is a cozy stay tucked in the Oregon woods. Dreamy redwood trees grace the backyard. A quick walk down to the creek will offer you a moment of tranquility. The mossy vine maple and oak trees are beautiful. The house is equipped with all amenities you might need to cook a meal. The house is decorated so uniquely and offers an experience of nature and life on the inside. The bed was the most comfortable sleep I’ve had in a long while. Great place for a weekend getaway for camp out for any occasion. Shannon is a top host, is easy to work with and communication is on point! I will be back for another stay!!

Relaxing time in woodsy Oregon

I loved my time at Frog and Fern! The house is so comfortable and beautiful, Shannon has really thought of everything. From decor to the amenities and comfy beds, this is a wonderful little haven. My dog and I loved walking around the peaceful redwoods, apple trees, and alders. Strong internet and ac and even next to a country highway, the space is quiet and calm. With my time here, I was able to pick back up some creative practices and feel refreshed. Thank you!
