Surrounded by forested trails, our property sits on the banks of the Deschutes River and is located just minutes from La Pine State Park, home to the largest recorded ponderosa pine in the world. Standing nearly 162 feet tall and estimated to be almost 500 years old, it's an impressive sight! In addition to direct river access, we offer a little something for everyone. Want to leave your stress—and your camping gear—at home? Enjoy our fully equipped stationary RV! Want to bring the kids or friends along and need a bit more space? Enjoy the provided riverside canvas tent! Have an RV, van, or camper and just want a tranquil spot along the river? We can accommodate that too! Bring your bikes, fishing rods, flotation devices, or hiking boots and enjoy all the adventure Central Oregon has to offer. Nearby attractions: • Fall River – An iconic spring-fed river known for its blue-ribbon trout fishing, located about 1 mile by trail or 4 miles by car. • East Lake and Paulina Lake – Featuring unique hot springs, quaint lodges, and excellent opportunities for hiking, boating, fishing, and wildlife viewing. • Paulina Creek Falls – Home to natural water slides. • Paulina Peak – Hike or drive to the summit for 360-degree views of Central Oregon. • Lava Lands Visitor Center and Lava River Cave. • Limited access to the Little Deschutes River. • Fort Rock Natural Area – A desert sage ecosystem with an impressive ancient caldera, scenic trails, and excellent birdwatching. • Newberry National Volcanic Monument – More than 54,000 acres of lakes, lava flows, and spectacular geologic features. • High Desert Museum. • Scenic Cascade Lakes Highway and the restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and coffee shops in nearby Sunriver and La Pine.Enjoy your own private river access to fish, float or swim and fall asleep to the peaceful sounds of nature! The RV site is located at the front of our property on a level gravel driveway with power, water and port a potty. Walk our nature trail to access the provided riverside canvas tent, which includes a twin memory foam mattress, single cot, work area and lantern. Please bring your own sleeping bags and pillows. Admire the river views and tranquility from the property and also enjoy use of the outdoor area with a propane fire pit, table, swing and riverside bench. Owners are usually on site to help with any additional needs.
