Scenic Cedar Sunrise
Andrew was very helpful by providing us with lots of water and firewood and was even generous enough to take us for a tour around the various trails on the property, it’s very beautiful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a secluded spot, with some great scenery.

Awesome Weekend Getaway!
Andrew’s property was beautiful and he was an extremely welcoming/helpful host. He supplied not one, but two wheelbarrows full of wood (it was 5 degrees out!!) to keep us warm and offered a guided tour around his property. He was very kind and generous with our requests that landed outside his check in/out times. My pup had the time of his life (slept like a rock for the rest of the night) and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Scenic Cedar Sunrise
We had a very relaxed weekend staying on Andrew’s land. A spacious, quiet, and spotlessly clean space!
We were well taken care of. Andrew showed us around, answered all our questions, and provided us with plenty of water and firewood. We were then left completely to ourselves - and the couple of non-critical questions I sent by text were promptly answered :)
The site was well equipped with a camping toilet, picnic table, and fire pit.
We would absolutely stay here again!

A Night Under The Stars
We were so grateful to find such a perfect spot to enjoy our night away from the city. The starscape was clear and absolutely stunning. We had plenty of wood for a fire to keep us cosy and privacy to enjoy the night to ourselves. Andrew was a kind and courteous host. We will definitely be back when in the area. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us.

Amazing camping experience!
We had a fantastic time camping on Andrew’s land! He was an exceptional host. We were greeted on arrival and given a full tour of the area. He also checked in on us if we needed anything and was so helpful.
The camp site itself is perfect. It is a great size, has wonderful view of the sunrise in the morning and if the sky’s are clear you can see all the stars at night.
I would recommend this site to everyone 10/10

First Time Camper:Best. Host. Ever
Honestly, they are amazing, they checked in twice a day to make sure everything was alright. The property is beautiful, the guide hike was nice too, you can see the stars on a clear night and hear coyotes (none close by), loones, geeze, and even frogs every once in awhile. They are very friendly and accommodating! If i could give 10 stars i would.

Great site with an amazing host!
We had a wonderful time at Andrew’s campsite. The site was clean and had a large picnic bench for our use. We couldn’t have asked for a better night! The weather was amazing with a clear sky, and the night was nice and breezy. Andrew provided us with unlimited fire wood which kept us warm all night long. He also assisted us with our camping equipment and was available via text whenever we needed anything.
We couldn’t have asked for a better site or a better host. Will definitely stay again!

Peaceful, Comfortable, Private Camp
Andrew and his campsite were absolutely amazing. Excellent communication throughout the entire booking process right down to arrival. I stayed one night at this campsite, and it truly is a scenic pond. The autumn leaves mixed with the sounds of wildlife (including howling coyotes) was a great escape from the city. I'm used to extreme wild camping so this was a treat. Andrew provides potable water, an outhouse, and lots of spare firewood. He even brought me down an extra bag of kindling because everything I was able to find was soaking wet. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and private camping experience.

First time using Hipcamp and I really enjoyed it. Thanks to Andrew, he’s a superhost! 😄 He provided all the details, and he even gave us free firewood and water. It was really good waking up and drinking coffee by the pond :)

Great host and lovely place!
Andrew was an amazing host. Walking the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. He took care of so many details, explaining, preparing, helping, being available etc that felt like we were visiting a member of our own family.
The site was impeccable. everything well taken care of, picnic table, a beautiful fire pit, Dry wood etc.
And even when we were leaving, he recommended us to stop by a great place for food and ice cream. Awesome tip indeed.

Scenic Cedar Sunrise
Peaceful, quite, excellent service
Although a relatively new sight and a work in progress, camping at Scenic Cedar Pond was an absolute delight. The sight my fiance and I had was perfect for camping, nightly and daily fires. It was spacious and open, with walking paths filled through out, and even set beside and between a couple farms, adding to the sarene, quite and relaxing atmosphere. The night sky views are awesome as well. For the price we paid, the EXCEPTIONIAL service and help Andrew gave us (such as unlimited free fire wood for the stay and helping us bring our things to and from our site, and extended free check out time) you can't get a better deal. Close enough to a main town and even a provincial park, there is lots to do with a short drive.

Privacy By The Pond
Andrew's land is super easy to get to from Toronto and once there, the tent site by the pond feels totally private from any other nearby properties - you wouldn't even know your car was a few minutes from you. We really enjoyed all the sounds of the animals near the pond like frogs, birds and even some distant coyotes. We came at a buggy time of year, but once we had the fire going, with lots of wood provided on site and some of our own, we were totally comfortable up until bed time!
