Dating back to 1857, The Parksdale House sits on approximately two acres of land, offering travelers a quiet place to rest, recharge, and enjoy the charm of small-town Eastern North Carolina. Whether you’re traveling through the area, looking for a place to pitch your tent, or need a convenient overnight parking spot for your campervan or self-contained RV, our grassy grounds offer a simple, relaxing place to settle in for the night. Wake up to fresh country air, enjoy the open skies, and experience a little piece of North Carolina history along the way. Please Note: Camping and overnight parking are permitted in designated grassy areas only. The historic residence is private property and is not accessible to campers.
