Learn more about this land: We have a working animal sanctuary with nearly 50 animals: dogs, cats, pigs, goats, chickens and turkeys. The animals are on the back half of the property and the front half is open for camping. We have a firepit, picnic tables (2, first come first serve), a pool (See Extras & contact Lisa for pool reservations at a discounted rate), and a porta john. You'll have plenty of places to camp and you can set up anywhere you like! The land is mostly flat and cleared but surrounded by woods. We are right around the corner from the Carl Sandburg National Historic Site and very close to awesome waterfall hikes like Big Bradley and Little Bradley in Saluda, and DuPont State Forest in Brevard. We are located less than three miles from downtown Hendersonville where there are plenty of bars, breweries, restaurants and shops (it's an awesome town).We have a working animal sanctuary with nearly 30 animals: dogs, cats, pigs, goats, chickens, and gerbils. Tent camping with fenced animals
As advertised. Porta potty very clean. Hands off but friendly and very responsive to texts. Clean picnic table. Wide field sloping but some level spots. Grassy and dry. Some traffic noise. Too many dogs in the pool for inviting human swimming.

We ended up having to leave early due to a family emergency. However, it was a beautiful place and Lisa was very accommodating and responsive. We would love to go back when we have a chance!

Best Hip camp
Lisa's spot is beautiful ,Peaceful, filled with my favorite things, Nature, Animals and a Saltwater swimming Pool! Close to town for Shops, Dinner , Breweries , hikes and so much more! Me and my boys did our first ever long-distance camping trip and truly enjoyed this sweet spot! Serenity Now.
