The Hilltop at Turtle Run
Awesome camp site!!
The Hilltop is a great private camping spot with wonderful views. The owner’s house is a bit closer than we expected, but once you get to the top of the hill it still feels very private. All the amenities (aside from a shower) that you could possibly need are available on the site. The includes a new grill with a side burner that worked out perfect for cooking breakfast. All the firewood you could ever need is readily available as well. With Verizon there was actually high speed LTE cell service. We highly recommend staying!

Thanksgiving Weekend
We had a great Thanksgiving weekend camping trip at Hilltop! Our family will definitely be returning campers and soon at that. We were welcomed with a clean camping area and everything was as described in the itinerary. The views were fantastic and the moonrise and stars were an impeccable sight. The port-a-potty was exceptionally clean and well kept.

Wonderful getaway
Exceeded expectations! Nice getaway well off the beaten path and up the hill from the owner's home. We were greeted by smiles on arrival and a beautiful hilltop campsite with way more amenities than expected, including a comprehensive outdoor covered kitchen setup with picnic table. We thoroughly enjoyed the firepit which was well stocked with split wood and plenty of seating. Several books and games were available (corn/bag toss) too. Slept in a provided hammock under the stars. The sunrise was fantastic with enough opening in the trees allowing for picturesque views of distant hills, where the keen of eye can spot deer grazing in a clearing about a mile away. Just fantastic all around and would definitely camp here again. We all way over-packed as we really only needed food, drinks and sleeping bags!

Perfect!
This site is AMAZING! The mountain views are incredible, it's totally private, and Meredith has set it up beautifully. Not only was there a huge range of cooking equipment, but there were tons of games (cornhole, giant jenga, disc golf). We had a great time and would highly recommend!
