We’re Only 10mins From Edenton NC, 45 min From Norfolk Va/Virginia Beach, 30 min From Elizabeth City NC, 30min from Beautiful Outer Banks NC and Beautiful Virgin Beaches. Dragon Ranch and Village is ideal for Van/Car/Truck Life, Tiny Homes, Shed Tiny Homes/Cabins, Tent Camping, Small RVs/Small Travel Trailer 16-20 feet or less. There is a gas station 3-4 Doors down and a convenient Store 5mins down the road. The Albemarle Sound is 5mins away basically in our back yard. We have a beautiful FOREST to enjoy in peace. A beautiful Walking trail. Boots and long covering required. We DO have garbage pick up and light pole on property(But electrical has NOT been installed on property yet.) Besides Cabins, we also have Tent Camping Sites & Small Trailer/RV(Up to 16-20ft) parking (Best to back trailer into 2nd entrance once you come through main entrance road) We ALSO offer for a fee: Kayak Rental Bear Watching Tour Basic Self Defense Classes Carpentry/ Plumbing Classes Rifle/Hunting Shooting Classes Basic Off Grid Living Classes

Don’t do it

The owner is nice and tried to help where he could with directions etc. however this does not make up for the horrible condition of the “camp” which turned out to be a total scam and was someone’s backyard 200 feet from where they live in their trailer and was absolutely full of the owners junk and garbage such as old tubs from bathrooms, children’s playhouses etc. we stayed only long enough to attempt to look inside the shed that was our cabin (the mattress took up the only space and the door would not open) before we turned right around and canceled our trip.
