The RV sites are located on pristine Deep Creek, which flows out of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You can tube from the park directly to the RV site. Enjoy easy creek access for playing in the water, floating on a tube, or fishing. We are just 1 mile from the National Park entrance, with excellent trails and waterfall views nearby—a nature lover’s paradise. Less than one mile from historic downtown, you’ll find excellent dining and shopping. It’s also less than one mile to the Great Smoky Mountains Railway and Museum. Just 30 minutes away is historic Cherokee and Harrah’s Casino. Each site includes access to a picnic table, fire pit, and outdoor seating by the creek. This is a private, family-owned property with just two RV sites, offering a very peaceful experience. Neither site is covered. There are no bathrooms/showers. Not set up for tent camping. We cater to nature lovers ages 35 and up. All children must be supervised and respectful of the property. Small pets may be considered if leashed and cleaned up after. There is a trash bin onsite for bagged pet waste. Please notify owner in advance regarding breed and size of dog. Helpful hint for arrival. Take West Deep Creek Rd. to Deep Creek Church road and turn right. At the end of Deep Creek Church Rd. turn right to come back toward us on East Deep Creek Rd. This will facilitate your backing in.Site is situated on pristine Deep Creek which flows out of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (entrance about 1 mile up the road). Site is gravel with full city water and sewer hookup. You will enjoy a picnic table and firepit.

★★★★★ More than we expected! Wanda's Creekside Campsite was a wonderful stay from start to finish. Wanda and her family were warm and welcoming the moment we pulled in and made us feel right at home. The site was spotless, peaceful, and quiet, and much nicer than we expected. Wanda even had a fire going for us when we arrived and firewood ready on site, which made our evening by the creek perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. They were the absolute best hosts, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Deep Creek. Wanda and Bob were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. From watching the ducks in the creek to simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, every part of our visit was memorable. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Deep Creek and will definitely be back!

Creekfront near downtown Bryson Cit

We enjoyed camping by the beautiful river. The grounds were immaculate and the site was level. We loved watching the ducks and seeing a few people tubing down the river. Wanda and Bob were amazing hosts. We enjoyed getting to know them. They were so gracious and kind. This will definitely be our go to spot on our next visit to Bryson City.

Creekside RV with animals+fireflies

Super lovely host and her partner really made us feel like we were almost family! Very welcoming and hospitable! We had the creekside spot and it had a picnic table + fire pit! It was truly magical to wake up hearing the cardinals chirping, ducks on the creek, and the occasional heron flying by! Great location close to Tsali park and Nantahala Gorge activities. We even rented tubes up the river and tubed right back to our RV, LEGENDARY!! Even the nights before we made fire, the fireflies would light up the night! Very personal experience and nothing like staying in a big RV park, you won't regret staying here!

Airstream with furbabies

We won the golden ticket with this one! Wanda and Bob were not only extraordinary hosts-welcoming, gracious, so lovely. But they swapped us to the creekside 30A spot which elevated our stay 1,000x over. To wake up every morning and look out the window to see Deep Creek running past, with the occasional tubers. We fed ducks , they fed trout , we just watched the world go by and actually decompressed . This was definitely a stay to remember and I wouldn't hesitate to come back again and again and again. We we're traveling with our fur babies as well as transporting fosters, this place is perfect.

Amazing sites and location

Wanda's campsites are amazing! It was such a treat to wake up in the morning to Deep Creek running past the campsite. We even had the chance to tube it from Great Smoky Mountains National Park right to our camper. It's also very close to the shops and restaurants of Bryson City (we were able to walk). Wanda and Bob are also an incredibly welcoming and generous hosts. We immediately felt at home. The sites are very level and the hookups are new and well cared for.

Creek front property with beautifully manicured grounds but even more beautiful hosts! Wanda and Bob are two spectacular humans who went above and beyond the best hosts you could ever imagine! They were so helpful for our first time hooking up our new camper, They drove us up the creek with our tubes so we could float back down to the property, so we didn’t even have to go in the park(even had a pump to blow up our tubes)! They shared their beautiful outdoor kitchen, patio and even corn hole boards with us. We had so many wonderful conversations over meals and long after! They even entertained us daily with the trout feeding that was unbelievable to see the size of those bad boys coming up for feed time! We had planned to go into town more but once we saw our place and met our wonderful hosts who already feel like family we never left! We can not wait to be back!!
