Premium Covered RV Space — 20 feet wide x 40 feet long x 16 feet high. Full hookups, including 50-amp electric service, Electric is metered separately for long-term stays and billed monthly via Venmo/Zacle/Cash. Water and sewer are included. Enjoy a shaded space protected from the elements with proper ventilation. RV must be well-maintained. This is a custom-built, fully covered pavilion with concrete flooring, integrated ceiling fans, privacy louvers, a beautifully maintained gravel driveway, and a mature evergreen privacy screen.Premium Covered RV Site. 20wide x 40 long x 16 high.
