This land is more 40 acres overlooking the south end of Skaneateles Lake and Bear Swamp, loads of hiking trails, 3 ponds (including a beautiful swimming pond), a "stones throw" from Grout brook, a short drive or bike ride to The Glen Haven Inn and The Andrew R. Fuller Park with a public boat launch. Come enjoy some hiking, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or the many other activities this property and area have to offer.
