Learn more about this land: Stay in our cozy 8’x10 ‘ wall tent on a 14’x16’ deck built next to a waterfall. The site includes include a private outdoor shower and a well serviced outhouse per site. Relax in front of the fire pit and grill that overlooks the falls. You will have plenty of privacy, surrounded by woods, access to lush forest, and modern amenities such as: WiFiprovided by Starlink, queen bed, propane tent heater to keep you warm in the cooler months, Brooklinen sheets. The property allows lots of beauty, peace, and serenity. Feel free to roam the 12 acres of woods, fields, waterfalls, and brooks. There are 3 historic waterfalls on the property. Within our small town, you can find all your essential needs met at the stores close by, as well as some great restaurants. Area surrounding the site as well as the areas not surrounding the main house, are accessible with caution. Access to the brook is at your own risk. Brook subject to flooding. Please note location of water rescue equipment at the site. Don’t forget the ice for the Yeti cooler!

Tiny camper with spring tub & brook

check in time strictly enforced

we arrived 17 minutes early to Tub Mill. The host, Sam, threw a hissy and asked us to leave. I said we're only 15 minutes early. "no, you're 17 minutes early" This is the kinda thing you wanna do when you've driven a few hours to camp out in upstate. Also, the campgrounds had been completely washed out by the heavy rain and seemed in disarray. The only thing on point was the welcome sign, which wasn't up because we were 15 minutes early to check in.

Waterfall tent/mineral spring tub

This site is a rare gem that was everything as presented in the listing and more. Sam was a great host answering all of my questions. Spending overnight to the sound of the waterfall was a healing experience. Looking to return soon.

Tiny camper with spring tub & brook

It was an incredible experience, that I would do it again, the sound of the river was so relaxing, you have your own privacy, we had a bonfire, nice bath out doors, saw a movie in doors and we slept really good with AC. I definitely will do it again, and Sam was so attentive he introduced himself and answered all my questions.

A Frame Mineral Spring House

The cabin and camp space was beautiful and serene. For nature lovers that usually get eaten up by mosquitos, we were surprised by how few mosquitoes there were which is a huge bonus. Sam was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing, even setting us up with a brand new grill when the old one was broken. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here for a relaxing getaway.

Tiny camper with spring tub & brook

Sam was an amazing host. The RV setup was so cute and had all the basic necessities. The privacy is great, we were a little closer to the other 2 sites then we originally thought, however, with the river right next to our camp we could not hear a peep from any of the other campers and it was so quiet and peaceful. We spent hours at night next to the fire pit and spend two days renting kayaks from Al’s (just down the road) and literally just floated down the river. This was the perfect getaway for some City Slickers. We really could not have asked for anything more. We will absolutely be back and can’t wait to try the other two sites. I loved the customized welcome sign, such a nice touch. Everything was clean and very well kept.

Tiny camper with spring tub & brook

This tiny camper met and exceeded our expectations. The outdoor hot tub was a favorite feature and there was everything and anything you could need for a fun weekend trip. Right next to the little stream it was very peaceful and private and we had a great time!
