Enjoy a 25 acre grass paddock available for camping among our gorgeous coos (cows), including 1km of frontage to Shoalhaven River for water sports including kayaking, swimming and stand up paddleboarding. There's 10 acres of sand and river pebble beaches to explore, even try your luck at gold panning. Fantastic night skies for stargazing and astrophotography. Camp among our majestic Highland and Galloway coos (cows) by the Shoalhaven River. We are located only 20 minutes from Nowra CBD where you can pick up all your supplies and groceries. Explore the sand and river pebble beaches, have a dip in the river. Swim, kayak, canoe, water ski and fishing in fresh water. Sit by the warmth of a communal camp fire. Ample room to spread out with multiple camp areas to choose from. This campsite has access to a toilet, hot shower and drinking water. There is a camp kitchen with picnic table for meals and access to wifi. The campsite can be accessed by 2WD and all types of camping vehicles including caravans and motorhomes. Pets on leashes are welcome.

Camping by the river!

A beautiful place to camp right on the river. Jordan and his wife were so friendly and accomodating. Will definitely be back in the future.

Connecting With Nature

Riverview Coos is a gorgeous property. Sitting by a fire at night and swimming in the Shoalhaven River. Enjoying the grazing Coos and Alpacas was such a delight. Host Jordan consumate gentleman. Will be back! Thank you Jordan!

We had a blast

Beautiful location by the river. Jordan was friendly and welcoming. We hired the canoe and had a great time paddling the river with our dog. Loved seeing the hairy coos and alpacas. The undercover camp kitchen and communal fireplace was fantastic given we had some really wet weather. We will be back, hopefully soon 😊

Camping with the Scottish Coos 😊

Great spot to camp right on the river, has a toilet and little shower, kitchen area had hot running water, able to hire kayaks with a nice beach to launch from! Fire pits and pets has everything for a relaxing weekend away 😊 plus the Coos wandering around the camp were great!

River Camping with Highland Coos!

An amazing spot right next to the Shoalhaven River! The hairy coos were definitely a highlight, plus it was a nice surprise to see alpaca's at the paddock. We usually fish when we visit places next to a river but I was told there is only really eel and bass to be caught, so we did not end up fishing. The owner left firewood for us which was lovely and there was also fishing rods and a tackle box plus canoes you could use. The camp kitchen was excellend and there were only a few campsites around so it did not feel crowded at all. Would defiitely visit again!
