120 mountain acres set in the magical Wombeyan Caves area, 15 minutes away from the very popular Wombeyan Caves campground (that is currently closed). Magnificent 270 degree views with so many high vantage points. Incredibly private and secluded (you have to go through 2 locked gates) and perfect for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle.
Plenty of wildlife (Kangaroos, Wallabies, Lace Monitors, Koalas, variety of birds such as the resident Wedge Tail Eagles.
There is an outdoor hot shower over a big cast iron bathtub available upon request and a very basic bush toilet (not covered).
NOTE: There is 15km of quite remote dirt road that is quite rough in some spots. Low cars not recommended however my Mazda 6 gets in every time with no issue (I just have to go slow in some spots).
Campfires permitted in a designated area when restrictions aren't in place. Firewood supplied.
Dogs welcome. No loud music as it carries through the valley.
Please note: It cas get ferociously windy! I
