We loved Quail run so much! The decorations are perfectly curated and it was so cozy. I would love a tiny house just like this for my own. Penelope was super helpful and gave us awesome dinner recommendations.

The tiny house is so thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and sweet. I was very pleased that the water was as hot as it was and the shower as large! Everything we needed was provided and it was so great to be able to bring my pup too. Thank you for a great stay!

Great little spot to curl up after a day exploring White Sands! Penny even suggested we grab the sleds under the tiny house deck for use at the park, which was awesome! Thereâs a fridge to store things and everything exudes a sweet charm, from the bathroom sink to the window shades.

Penelope and Rick have such a cute property at Quail Run. It was the perfect place for us to spend a night after white sands, have a hot shower and be cozy in the lofted bed. Really amazing place!

Had a great weekend camping at Quail Run! The hosts live next door and are super helpful if you have any questions. We had a great weekend visiting White Sands National Park! The drive from Quail Run made it so easy to visit. I would definitely stay here again đ

Super cute little spot 30 minutes outside of White Sands! Would not recommend if youâre over 6â0 as the ceilings are super low but that is to be expected in a tiny home! We had a wonderful time! Sunset was the perfect time to go out to the dunes and we got some awesome pictures! Definitely would recommend for a quick trip outside the dunes!

The peaceful private stay in the Tiny House is a great option in Alamogordo. In the midst of the heat, you can enjoy some much needed AC and comfort in a bed or on the sofa. The kitchen is super helpful, the amenities are all there, and the shower works well. Needless to say, would love to come again.

Penelope's place was OUTSTANDING!! The cutest tiny house I've ever stayed in!! It had everything you could need for a beautiful stay, and Penelope is so lovely too. It's absolutely worth it to try and catch her in the garden for a nice chat!

The quail run is clearly a labour of love. Its exactly like the photos and there are so many nice cool artistic touches in the place. Location is ideal and hosts are friendly, approachable and answer straight away. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay

This was such a cute tiny house that had all the amenities we needed plus more. Penelope really thought of everything! The location was ideal to getting to White Sands NP. Penelope had great communication the entire stay when we needed anything. Would absolutely stay again!

Penny's tiny house was just what we needed after exploring White Sands National Park. The house has everything you could need, the fire pit enjoyed in the evening was wonderful, and she even has sleds to borrow to take to White Sands.

Everything about this place was perfect! From the cute personalized welcome sign, clear communication and quick responses from penny when we asked if dogs were allowed, to a fire pit already set up with firewood. I loved the guest book idea that had other travelers plans that we can use for ourselves. So much love and care was put into this place and you can just FEEL it! The whole stay was perfect and 10/10 would come back again!

This time house was tastefully decorated. It gave my wife and I a small glimpse of life in the Old West. The best part was making campfire smores and gazing at the clear night sky! The hosts are wonderful and we will definitely visit again!

I loved Penelope's tiny home. There was great communication, it was so cozy and just the perfect space. The location was great, Alamogordo is a cool area and close distance to White Sands National Park. Would recommend!

Our second time staying here, just as lovely as the first time.
Penelope was so nice and the location was a nice central spot, close to White Sands National Park and Lincoln National Forest.
House is one of the most creative places we've ever stayed in, full amenities, and very comfortable place to rest. Highly recommend
