An amazing and unique off grid property. Solar powered with a well. We have both a budget friendly 3k solar setup (camp) and a premium 8k off grid solar system. (compound) Some of the best views in New Mexico of the Sandia, Cabazon, Taylor, and mountains to the North. 20 mins from Albuquerque. 40 mins to Santa Fe. Paved road and GPS friendly. pine and pinon studded landscape. fire circle, and many other unique features

    This was such a great accessible stay! The sites are nicely cleared and accessible, it’s far enough out from the rest of town to feel incredibly remote, private from the host/owners home and nicely setup with the amenities listed. There’s plans for continued improvements and I cannot wait to go back this summer and bring friends! One thing to note is if you are looking for privacy/quiet- the sites are quite close to one another-in the event you were staying at a time where neighboring sites are booked it would be inevitable to hear comings/goings/conversations from your neighbors. That could be a pro or con, depending on what you’re after. The host was great, helpful, accessible, communicative and friendly!
