Easy access to the property with bladed dirt roads and bring your fishing poles as Trees Lake is 18 miles NW of Deming. Off grid experience so pack accordingly. Additional supplies if needed are about 20 miles away in Deming.
The properties are being used in 1 acre parcels, for privacy ! Experience Blazing Saddles Style fun and wave to any neighbors there friendly. Sunsets are incredible.

Cooks Canyon, There are so many things to explore here, old abandon mines, and the famous Fort Cummings used in the 1800s to protect from Indian raids. And water falls etc.
Bill Evans Lake Sits about 80 Miles NW of Deming it is home of the biggest bass ever caught at 15 ls 13 oz and 26.5 inches long.
The property and surrounding views, Mito Road, Caminto Road, Solindo Road and El Ensueno Road are all decent bladed Roads. They sit just south of El Bordo Road, the main drag off Franklyn Road and there is a cable box along El Bordo.
Take NM 549 to Franklyn Road. Head south 2.5 miles to El Bordo Rd then head East 1.5 miles to Mito Road. USE THE GPS.
The property located in Luna County about 45 minutes from West of Las Cruces NM, it's a rural countryside setting off Franklyn Rd about 20 minutes SE of Deming.
I suggest you bring a dedicated GPS like a Garman and more reliable then your phone. Be smart print out map, bring a shovel, water, food blankets, mace, a dog and anything else you might need if you get stuck for a day or two.
