Sacred Nectar rests on the land of the Wabanaki Tribes. This land, now known by it's view gifting fields, is one of Sandwich's most treasured gems. The Historic Farm was purchased by Townsend Thorndike from the first colonizing family to claim ownership of this unceded land, the McCrillis family. It was Town's place to get away from the busy life. As time went on and his money dwindled and plans to sell off some of the land arose. Townsend's son, Nick, foresaw a devastating development of conventional homes that would diminish the soul of this sacred land that held so much magic. So, Nick decided to move back to the homestead to create an example of what a healthy life for the land and its inhabitants looks like. HipCamp was the first step towards sharing and opening up the land to create an ecofriendly, Intentional lifestyle. One in which we hope to share our way of being that brings awareness to the natural world we have fallen so far from. Nick and his tribe of like minds are creating a holistic, educational, retreat, workshop, and event center where people can come to learn how to co-exist in a harmonious relationship with nature and each other. Thank you for being a part of the healing. We hope you enjoy what we have created here :)

Perfect for first timers.
Our stay at Sacred Nectar Sanctuary in North Sandwich, NH, was fantastic! Host Ashley was incredibly welcoming, giving us great tips for our stay. The site was clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. The community kitchen made cleaning cookware easy, and the outdoor shower was enjoyable! Overall, it is a highly recommended spot for a serene getaway.

Site 1 - Birch Grove
Camping with Friends
We loved site 1- Birch Grove, and would definitely recommend it to folks who want a private spot for a large family or friends. The host was very welcoming, place was well maintained and had all amenities. The star gazing from this site was a bonus. Loved the views!!!!

Site 3 - Hemlock Haven
In general, the site looked like it could be amazing. Sadly, we could not stay or even get out of the car as they were biting black flies swarming everywhere. I am allergic to those bites and for this reason we had to leave. I do hope to come back in the fall if possible.

Site 3 - Hemlock Haven
Remote, clean nice camp sites. Ours (#3) did not have a view but would recommend cause it was close to the bottom main area and was pretty piney, spacious and woodsy. Really loved the outdoor shower and toilets. Esp after getting very sweaty hiking

Site 2 - Secluded Forest Cove
The Sacred Nectar Sanctuary is some of the most beautiful and well kept land we have had the pleasure of camping on. Everywhere you look, you can tell Nick really cares and cherishes this space. Site 2 was very private, it is down its own road into the woods. Keep in mind, the black flies in July are wicked.
