Learn more about this land: Welcome to our 7.8 acre private campsite! We provide electric, winterized water and sewer for your camper, RV or tiny house on a level concrete slab. Electric hookups good for 50 amp, 30 amp and 120 volt. 200 mbps. Campsite is located only 5.5 miles from Exit 43 on I-93. The site offers a large grassed yard, campfire pit, 8 person picnic table and a looped hiking trail on our acres of woodland to explore. Beautiful downtown Littleton is 7 miles away and the nearest boat launch, Perkins Landing on Moore Dam Reservoir, is 2.5 miles. To winter campers, skiers, snowmobilers and snow sport enthusiasts take notice! Snowmobile trail is three properties up the road and we’re centrally located to ski mountains in NH and Vermont. Our monthly rate for the months of November through April will be $1300.00. Contact us for the month(s) you wish to reserve so we may change the price accordingly. Skiers have both Cannon and Bretton Woods less than a half hour away. Snowmobilers will love the trail right up the street where you may head into Littleton or north toward Whitefield and Corridor 5. Year round local entertainment is available within a 20 minute drive. Littleton's Private RV Camp

Margaret was a great host. The site itself was great, cement pad and all the hookups. Plenty of space, trails right out the back and NO black flies or mosquitoes. Nice fire pit and big picnic table. There is snowmobile trail right down the road and railtrail not that far of a drive. Ther was singing thrushes and hooting owls which was cool to listen to. The site itself is private but it is not secluded, there is road noise and you can here barking dogs and people mowing.

Very nice location! The site is as pictured, it was clean and had a very nice walking trail directly behind the open field. Margaret was very responsive to my communications. The electric, water and sewer all worked as advertised and was basically brand new. No problems whatsoever. Bring bug spray, it's all natural, and there is definitely no shortage of ticks! There is a camera there making you feel as though you are under the watchful eye, however i cannot confirm if it was working. I completely understand why they would have one there if nobody is renting the lot. We had to cut our journey short due to my son having a fever, but would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for solitude. It's the second or third plot on the right after you turn onto the road. Surrounding area is picturesque and you are looking at traveling 12~15 minutes to the nearest town. Phone signal is patchy at best at the site even with the latest phones. Saw moose tracks!

Secluded and Sunny!

Littleton's Private RV Camp

This camp was everything we needed! After a few weeks of camping on the public land across New Hampshire, we were looking to relax somewhere where we didn’t have to worry about water, sewer, or electricity. This was the perfect place. It’s a bit more expensive than the few RV parks that are open this time of year, but the seclusion is 100% worth it. We had a wonderful time exploring the property with our pup and taking advantage of all the sunlight. The host was very helpful and available if we had any issues, but we didn’t have a single problem! We will definitely be back again someday.
