Great site! We were just there for an overnight stop, but were pleasantly surprised that it was even nicer than the photos/description made it out to be. We were right on the pond, but surrounded by trees that made the spot seem very private and comfortable. Princess was a wonderful host and everything we needed was provided or available. There was more to explore around the area we didn't know about because we didn't look into it as much as we normally would since we were just passing though, but we wouldn't hesitate to come back, stay here again, and explore more!

We literally drove in, slept, and drove out early in the morning. What we did see was delightful and wish we could have stayed longer. It have it saved and hope we can come back again.

Site 1 - On the pond
This campsite was perfect for our family! The site itself was private with trees around it and quiet, with only the occasional train. Our kids loved swimming and playing in the pond and were also able to go fishing for the first time! Thanks for our great hosts for this stay!

This was my boyfriend and I’s first camping trip with our own camper and this site was the perfect place for it. Princess was very nice and very helpful beginning to end and we loved the privacy this site provided. We will definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

It was a beautiful little spot and close to hwy 80. The dog loved the pond! The train does go by quite a bit..by I like them. Great host !

This was a perfect place to get away! The trees were the perfect break between campsites and the view from sunrise and sunset were perfect. The pond was a lot of fun to watch geese, turtles, even a blue heron. It wasn’t warm enough for us to enjoy the sand but come summer, this will be a great place to play. Having access to the indoor toilet was perfect. Princess was a great host, welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this!

Great site, loved the view and sunset. I thought it was fabulous that they have a swim beach(a little too chilly still for our stay)and cool things to borrow like a peddle boat, etc. Princess came by the evening we got there and dropped off our farm fresh eggs and introduce herself and her boys. We will be back. Oh, and the coyotes howling during the night was a super cool bonus!

Princess B was a great host. The property was beutiful. She made us feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this Hipcamp. The farm raised eggs made for a great breakfast.

Better than advertised. A great spot, super easy to get to off the highway yet far enough as to be quiet and peaceful. Only noise was the wildlife and an occasional, distant train horn. Well maintained and well designed. I would have booked for the return trip but it was already full. Great communication from the host.

Wanna say thank you to Travis and princess for the special accommodations they gave us for the weekend. Great location. Great site 1. They offered perfect shower and restroom. Nice solo fire. Great recommendations to cafe and a delicious BBQ 2 mins away. Must eat. 40 minutes away from downtown Omaha. Close to retailers 15 minutes. I will be returning next year for college baseball world series events.

We loved the privacy of the site..dense trees between sites. Site 3 has a hammock and a fire pit, with an outdoor shower at the end of the site. Princess was there to greet us and give recommendations about enjoying our visit. On this hot day, a swim in the pond, and on the paddle board was a relief. Then in town for dinner was a great finish to our stay. Would definitely return here for a longer stay in the future.

Site #3 is adorable—parked our Sprinter on gravel tucked into some trees, with the remainder of the site down a few steps with hammock, solo stove, nice table and a portable outdoor shower which we didn’t use. ( didn’t appear to be connected to it’s propane supply).
There was a pond in front of us with very pretty wildflowers on the far bank. But the view was a little rough beyond that. Some sort of industrial operation— kinda messy

We just spent a week in this special spot. The hosts are dedicated to providing a private, quiet camping experience that has so many personal touches & extras. Solo stove & firewood ready to use, pond for kayaking, paddle boating, fishing all available for guests to enjoy. Super quick to respond to any questions & truly want to make their guests feel welcome and at home.
We highly recommend this hipcamp location!

It is such a beautiful property! The pond was great for swimming and we watched the sunset from the beach. It was quiet, clean, and the owners were very polite. Would stay again!

Great spot! The site was very close to a pond and was very well stocked. Host was very helpful and communicative, particular during bad weather that hit when we were there, and offered up her basement as shelter.

Beautiful place to rest after a long day of travel. Our site was clean & had some thoughtful touches like a hammock & firepit. Enjoyed the pond & listening to all the wild birds. Yes you can hear the train but it added to the charm of the site. Definitely recommend this stop

Greenwood Acres is such a sweet, serene spot. I was able to comfortably unwind after a day driving across Nebraska on I-80 (I forgot how windy it is in NE haha),
The site offered thoughtful touches such as a Solo stove, hammock, picnic table, and shower.
Mostly quiet- although I will mention there is train tracks nearby. Personally, I didn’t find the noise from the trains to be disturbing though.
Overall a lovely stay, I would come back again next time through NE!

Great place, small beach on the pond, with paddle boat, kayak and a paddle board. We had a great time. The work being done to the place is being done right. What a great way to be living. Bravo to the owner.
Lots of birds and wildlife. My Daughters and Wife had an amazing time.
I didn’t see it, and I can’t believe I’m writing this, but all three of the women with me raved about the outhouse. Makes me wish I used the outhouse instead of the indoor flush toilet.

It’s a really nice place to sit by the pond and watch the sunset! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the close proximity to Hwy 80 for an easy on/off.

Our family just LOVES the amenities of this wonderful camp. So picturesque and peaceful, and the wildlife… turtles, frogs, fish and birds are an added bonus. The beach and the campsite are all so well thought out and developed for the enjoyment of their guests. Princess and her husband Travis go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to provide anything you might need for a relaxing stay.
Will definitely stay again! Perfect place for the young grandkids to play and explore.

We needed a place to stay for just one night. Host was friendly and communicative. It was easy to find, we pulled in and found our spot quickly. Adorable pond, nice to walk the dog around. Loved hearing the cows mooing in the evening!
