The property is located with gorgeous views of mountains and oftentimes you will be able to see elk, deer and even bighorn sheep. Our property borders Hwy 93 and is 1 mile south of the Canadian border and 1 mile north of Trappers Saloon. Out in the country but close to the amenities of town. Eureka offers something for everyone. Dirt biking, hunting, fishing, boating on Lake Koocanusa and many others, multiple golf courses, restaurants, near Abayance Bay Marina which has concerts most weekends. The site is located next to our house which will be vacant. Has full hookups - water, 30 amp electric outlet, and sewer. The site is on gravel with a acre yard in progress of grass/dirt. Please park near the house by the water and electric hookups because to the north is where our septic drainfield is and should not have vehicles on it. Thanks!

North Side Of House, West End

Beautiful view! We saw Elk in the evening and a gorgeous rainbow. We were in our travel trailer with two dogs. Ashley is very gracious! Full hook ups are awesome! It is quite close to the highway and there is some noise. We recommend!!
