1 Minute off the I90 highway!!!! 4 minutes from the I15 highway! 🛣️ If you are passing through, there is no more convenient site than this! There is even a grocery/sporting goods store with a gas station called Three Bears 3 minutes drive away! This property is 4 Acres nestled in the continental divide foothills! A combination of grassy mountainous pastureland, with trees and a creek running through it. There is a beautiful hiking trail 5 minutes walk away, or you can hop over our fence for instant access 😊. Great view of 3 mountain ranges! This property is also a beehive farm. Please be aware and take the necessary precautions. I am around them all the time and have never been stung, so there should be nothing to worry about.
