This campsite is just a short drive to the park - its best feature in my opinion. The trees give you plenty of shade during the day, which helps with the heat. The ground is covered in soft grass, making it more comfortable to sleep in a tent. Only drawback is thereâs no on-site facilities.

The good: nice picnic table, some of the sites have hammocks.
The reality: this is a side yard in a small neighborhood. You will hear the highway and train and random middle of the night alarm. You will hear the neighbors threatening to call each otherâs parole officers.
The worst thing is the bathroom situation or lack there of. Normally while camping you can head off into the woods to relieve yourself, but this is a neighborhood, the sites are right up to the neighbors house so the only place to go is driving to the nearest gas station. If you have a camper with a portable toilet that may work, but itâs going to be tough getting the camper into these sites. Also if you have a camper, just stay in that, you donât need this site.
When laying down in my tent listening to the neighbors argue I began to realize that the homeless camp near my downtown would be a better camping experience. At least I could pee there.

If you're looking for someplace to just sleep a night it's ok. It's a quarter of someone's backyard. Easy to find and park, clean and well kept. Nice pincnic table. Nowhere to pee so you have to drive to a gas station. the neighbors screamed obscenities at each other most of the night. Probably not a good spot for young ears.

Beautiful little spot just off the highway. Nice and close to glacier National Park, and a quick drive to Whitefish/Kalispell. The owners were so kind and the spot is great for exploring. Although thereâs no washrooms on the premises, the gas station is close by. Couple cute coffee shops and baked goods right around the corner. We had 6 of us, and the three tents and vehicles had plenty of space in just the one site. We will definitely come stay again

Loved staying here! Owners were extremely kind and the camping area was nice. They just put in a water pump so that was lovely to arrive to.

Campsite was so cute and very well maintained. Loved the hammocks provided, plus thereâs enough trees to hang your own! The location was perfect, nicely situated between Glacier and Kalispell and tucked back into a neighborhood so it felt very private.

Great hosts and great location entering Glacier! Easy to find in Hungry Horse neighborhood. Hosts great with communication and are actively building out more camp spots and ammentities.
If you're going near the fourth of July, be warned that this little town goes big and reaaallly likes their fire works!

My friends and I stayed at Whitneyâs camp site for our trip to glacier and we loved it! Super close to the park entrance with a beautiful view of the mountains right from the sight. It is in a small little town that is super quiet, the camp sights are also very private from the road as well. Hosts were very friendly and we could not recommend this campsite more, We loved it!

Close to Glacier National Park and within walking distance to the Huckleberry Patch for ice cream! Whitney and Severin are nice hosts and the grounds are maintained really well. Highly Recommend
