Welcome to the beautiful and majestic Bitterroot Valley where a quiet hilltop oasis awaits you! Enjoy the views of both Como Peaks and the Sapphire Mountains. This campsite is half way between Darby and Hamilton for convenience. During your stay there’s so much to see and do! With Lake Como and Lost Horse Observation Point to Coyote Coulee Trailhead all within an 8 mile radius. There are two separate campsites with an inviting irrigation stream meandering the width which offers a private experience in camping with full hookups for power, water and sewer. Como Peaks Campsite B
This was probably one of the best Hipcamp experiences I’ve had. Very private and awesome location. Easily accessible and great communication from the host. The views are spectacular. Great location for exploring the Bitterroot Valley. Will definitely be back when we’re in this area again with the trailer.

Jack was great. We were last minute and really needed a place with power. The spots were large and easy to get to. View was great. A couple of deer even visited!

Como Peaks Campsite A
We had a peaceful stay, surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The water is clean and fresh. Montana has the best water! Our trailer is 31' for those looking at our photos. We had no trouble getting into the property and setting up. Jack is great. He responded to our messages quickly, popped in for a good chat, and gave us local recommendations. We saw cows, deer, and quail there every day. Our Starlink had no obstructions. On that note, the stars are bright here! This is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, and we definitely recommend it for those visiting Hamilton.

Como Peaks Campsite B
Jack's Place was perfect! Como Peaks on one side, farmland Valley on the other. Gorgeous! The Little Creek running through was adorable, the cows alongside were fantastic. There were some houses nearby, but the site was situated such that you never actually saw them. The drinking water was clear and delicious ( no sulfur, no mineral taste). Halfway between Darby and Hamilton, close to hiking and Como Lake. Can't say enough good things about Jack's property. We absolutely loved this place and will come back if ever in the area. We never did get to meet Jack, but the couple times we had questions he responded immediately and we were confident that if there were any problems, he would have been right there
