Perfect Location!
Loved this spot! Saved us when we had to retreat from our North Fork backpacking plans due to the Hay Creek Fire. The field is a perfect combination of peaceful remote camping and proximity to the fun little town of Columbia Falls. We couldn't have imagined a better "backup plan" - in fact, knowing this place now, it would have been choice #1. We had a great night bowling in town and making dinner back at camp. Loved seeing the horses grazing when we came in and setting up in the secluded field (the long grasses/plantlife offer wonderful privacy from the house, and the trees from the quiet, nearby road/neighborhood). Woke up to deer grazing and set off to Glacier, which is also just a hop/skip away. A huge thanks to our kind hosts for taking us in last minute, and we can't wait to visit again in the future. Highly recommend!

Cassie and her fam were great! Felt safe from any wildlife that may be peeking by and woke one morning to a deer not too far from camp grazing. It was excellent for what we were needing! Thanks!

This campsite was perfect for us. It's located close to everything but it was very quiet. Cassie met us upon arrival and showed us around. There is a portable toilet and a well if you need water.
Great place to stay off the beaten path!
