Secluded in the forest, all by yourselves, not a person in sight. 15 acres of bird watchers paradise with several tent site options, 2 firepits and an outhouse. Home to the pileated woodpecker (woody woodpecker), the redheaded woodpecker, yellow bellied woodpecker, several breeds of warbler, the Ceder wax wing and many more birds and wildlife. Bordering thousands or acres of satae land. Near by Harrison, Michigan, is a treasure trove of outdoor activities and attractions. With its slogan of "Twenty Lakes in Twenty Minutes," Harrison offers a plethora of water activities such as boating, waterskiing, canoeing, rowing, and pontoon rides. Budd Lake, a 175-acre all-sports lake, is a highlight, stocked with some of the biggest muskie. Wilson State Park is a favorite camping spot, and the Harrison Farmers Market is a must-visit for fresh produce and handmade goods.
