Spot for fire and additional indoor heated/air conditioned space in the adjacent barn which has been converted into a studio space separate from my home. Lots of wildlife, farm land, and stars. I live on the property with my friendly dog and two cats. There is a nicely fenced yard if you have dogs as well. Backyard has more privacy - front yard has level spot for RV. Close proximity to lots of hiking, Sugarloaf, climbing, rivers, New England scenery.
