This property is an excellent location to be near Acadia National Park, Blue Hill, Bangor, and Belfast Maine. It is on RTE 1. The lot is a large, grass pull-through location. Pajaritaflora artist Studio/Gallery is located here. I am an artist. I can hook you up to <30 amp service with a long extension. I have water for your holding tank. Sorry, no sewer. This is an excellent spot for a short stay. It is good if you need to be here a couple of days prior to your campground stay! I have had a Hipcamp site at my previous property in Arizona, I loved having guests. I can't wait to meet you! This is my first season here. Photo updates as the seasons change.

It was a great stay in maine off of highway one! Great middle location to go to bar harbor, Acadia, and some costal towns. MaryAnn was very accommodating and had everything we needed for our stay!

Level land, good communication.
We liked that Mary Ann’s land was a pull-thru situation. Since we had a tow dolly it was nice to not have to finagle it around. Mary Ann also was very quick to communicate.she met us and made us feel comfortable and even checked again later in our visit.

Beautiful, remote, rugged
My husband and I stayed one night at the Pajaritaville Hip Camp. It is a beautiful, rugged, remote spot. Host, MaryAnn, was helpful in helping us get set up and leveling our 27 foot Class C RV. It was nice to have water and sewer in this remote location. Thank you, MaryAnn, for opening your property to us.

A quiet place to recharge in SE Az
This was our first successful hipcamp stay and MaryAnn set the bar high! Her property was very peaceful and quiet. Great for stargazing too. Plenty of rocky roads to walk around the area. Small town of Douglas is convenient for supplies and doing laundry. MaryAnn was very hospitable with knowledge of the surrounding areas, and she was great at checking in on us periodically. We loved the scenery, easy access to water, and all the friendly people who waved to us when we were out wandering.
