Discover a hidden gem nestled in the serene woods along the Bear River in Newry, making it an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts eager to embark on a variety of day hikes. This unique campground offers easy access to breathtaking trails, including the Grafton Loop Trail, the Appalachian Trail, Grafton Notch State Park, and the stunning Step Falls, all just minutes away from your campsite. Our campground features 16 wooded sites, each equipped with a fire ring and picnic table, allowing you to enjoy meals and evenings under the stars. For your convenience, we provide a bathhouse with hot showers and flush toilets, as well as dishwashing sinks to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy recreational activities in our field area, perfect for horseshoes, corn hole, frisbee, or simply relaxing in nature. While we offer a trailer dumping station and electric hook-up at Site #1, please note that there are no water hook-ups available, and we kindly ask that generators be avoided to maintain the tranquility of the area. Dogs are welcome, but we request that they remain on a leash at all times to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Check-in is available any time after 1 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM, with an additional charge for late check

    Family owned meticulous campground.

    Very nice flat wooded sites with picnic tables. Clean bathrooms and showers. Will be staying again.
