Spanning over 30,000 square feet, the Thomas Jason Lingo Community Center features a spacious auditorium that accommodates over 1,000 guests, making it ideal for large gatherings and events. Additionally, the center offers various conference rooms available for rent, perfect for community activities and meetings. The facility also hosts the local LSU Agricultural Center’s Extension Office and Southern University, further enhancing its role as a community resource. On-site, the 7 Oaks Campground adds to the center's appeal, featuring over 160 campsites equipped with 30 and 50 amp receptacles, full hook-ups, and a convenient dump station. Campers from across the United States and Canada are drawn to this welcoming space, and RV clubs are encouraged to utilize the conference room for their meetings.
