You will be staying in an authentic, 18-foot tipi thoughtfully placed on our scenic property. Surrounded by fresh air and beautiful views. This unique space offers the charm of off-grid living with enough comfort for a memorable stay. Wake up to the sounds of animals such as roosters crowing off in the distance, guineas chirping and occasional donkey bray. Your stay includes access to the seasonal charm of Pumpkin Pants Ranch. Depending on the time of year, you might enjoy wandering our maze, visiting bunny town, hanging by the fire pit, or saying hello to our goats, longhorns, chickens, turkeys, mini cows and more. In the fall, the ranch comes alive with harvest fun-but even in the off-season, there's peace, beauty, and a deep connection to the land. Whether you're looking for a family adventure or solo recharge, the tipi stay at Pumpkin Pants Ranch offers a cozy, down-to-earth escape with a one-of-a-kind setting. What's Included: one 18' tipi, access to animals and walking areas on the ranch, picnic tables, public restrooms (approximately 300 yards from tipi) What to Bring: sleeping bags or bedding, cooler (no fridge on site), camp chairs or extra comforts if desired. NOTE: This is a working farm. Expect animal sounds, beautiful sunsets and good old-fashioned dirt.Guests have access to 18' tipi which faces East. Tipi is near a tree lined bluff.
