Transform Your Story Into A Fairytale. Reawaken Your Inner Child & Reconnect With Your Authentic Self In A 5-acre Enchanted Forest. The Inntirety Healing Center is a wilderness retreat and glamping area in Kansas City, KS. It offers a path for awakening your body, heart, and mind and restoring harmony with life through self-discovery and emergence into the senses. Inntirety is a forest restoration project powered by love, and it will forever be a work in progress! The camping areas and trails leading to them are groomed, finished, and regularly maintained. Please consider that Inntirety is not in the 'luxury' camping category, as this is not our intention. We try to integrate into the natural setting and provide an intimate and immersive experience by combining earthing, exploration, play, and discovery. We have beautiful and unique amenities, including a forest barrel sauna, a wood fire-heated clawfoot tub flower bath experience, a mini zipline, an outdoor shower, and hanging tree pods. Finally, enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast, which you can self-prepare! We supply homemade waffle mix, oatmeal, coffee, and tea. This land holds so much history, and unfortunately, prior inhabitants used a small area within this beautiful forest as a dumping ground for old appliances, car parts, and other retired debris. We are carefully working on removing and restoring this space as we can. As a nod to the prior inhabitants of this land, we are carefully collecting any artifacts found and reintegrating them into our building projects or transforming them into found-object art pieces. 10 minutes from The Legends, Speedway, and American Royal(coming soon). 10 minutes from Azura Amphitheater & Renissance Festival Grounds. 20 minutes from Downtown Kansas City, Historic River Market KC, The Crossroads. 20 minutes from Overland Park Convention Center. We are a substance, alcohol-free area for many reasons. A bottle of wine or something to sip on by the fire is acceptable, but Inntirety is a place of healing and exploration. Thank you for observing this request. We live on the property in the main house. Google Maps is mildly accurate, but it is like saying we are located at our neighbor's property. The house is green and has a wrap-around deck. If you aren't sure, please feel free to text me. We want to acknowledge that Inntirety Healing Center is on the traditional, ancestral, and current home of Native Americans, Indigenous, and First Nations people. We ask you to join us in acknowledging the many tribal groups from our area, including the Jíwere, Kaw/Kansa, Otoe-Missouria, Shawnee, and Kickapoo tribes. We honor the elders, both past and present, and this calls us to continue to learn their stories and how to be better stewards of the land we occupy. Camping/Glamping Sites We have four glamping areas: two bell tents, a vintage pop-up camper, a tiny treehouse cabin, and a more primitive camping area with a tee-pee-style tent. Each site has a firepit or chiminea. If it is unsafe to burn, we will let you know. If conditions are dangerous for burning, each site has a mini BBQ grill. It is very important to keep your door zipped or shut. We try our hardest to keep bugs out so you are comfortable within. Each site has insense, and this is a magical bug detourant. Inntirety Cafe / Lounge Mini-Kitchen Area If you don't feel like cooking or preparing your morning coffee at your site, you can use the community mini-kitchen area in the Inntirety Cafe. There are cooking utensils, a 2-burner electric stovetop, a French press, an electric kettle, and pots and pans. There is also a water station within the kitchen area. There is complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, butter, cooking oil, and a few other items for cooking. Please clean up the area if you decide to use the community mini-kitchen. * We do not have running water inside the community area, but a sink is set up near the Forest Sauna for washing dishes. Inntirety Lounge Our community lounge is located within the Inntirety Cafe. Inside, you will find books, games, art supplies, and more. You are welcome to cool off, chill out, and relax during your stay. If you would like to borrow a book, game, etc., to return it to your campsite, please return it upon leaving. Solar Shower Just outside of the Forest Sauna is a solar shower with a small changing area. We have a water warming station near the outdoor sink to use for your shower. Inside the cafe, there is a laundry basket you can place your laundry in after you are done. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are in a basket by the shower. Solar Shower Instructions: If you want a warm shower, plug in the water heater near the sink. It takes about 1 hour to heat the water. Fill the white bucket with water. Walk over to the solar shower area and place it on the cinder blocks. Put water pump in the bucket. To turn on the pump, press the button for 3 seconds first and then once to activate. Groomed Trails The Inntirety forest has a groomed trail about a 3/4 mile loop. If you go off the trail, please be aware that you will probably get poison ivy, ticks, and other things you might not want to bring home as a souvenir. Please stay on the trails. Zip Line We have a 100ft zip line that guests are free to use. Please sign a waiver in the lounge before usage. Forest Spa Add-Ons: Wilderness Barrel Sauna Please let us know if you would like to use the sauna. It takes some time for it to heat up. Further instruction is at the sauna. We will ask that you sign a liability release if you want to use the sauna.

If spending the night in a whimsical & cozy vintage camper is your thing, you'll adore this sweet little vintage Apache hard-sided pop-up camper. Dragonfly Inn has an ice air cooler to keep the space more comfortable in the evening. Replacement ice packs are located in the small icebox in the cafe. Both sides have full-sized beds with sheets and bedding provided, and a cozy dinette up front converts into a twin-sized bed. This adorable camper is parked just off the trailhead, across from the Inntirety Cafe & Lounge. Outside, you have two vintage-style benches, a chair hammock, and a chiminea. Dragonfly does have a small heat source for staying cozy at night. Please wear warm clothing or layers to stay extra warm while you sleep. Please note: We operate off-grid in the forest, which means no electricity is provided at the campsites. We provide solar lanterns in each site and solar-lit pathways throughout the camp; however, you'll want to ensure you enjoy the darkness for stargazing. However, Dragonfly Inn is the only spot within Inntirety that offers a small amount of electricity for charging devices and a small fan (provided.) There is also an overhead light. Claw Foot Tub Flower Bath in Forest If you want to experience the magic of soaking in a clawfoot tub in the middle of the forest, you must book ahead of time. It is a little process, as the tub is heated by fire and filled with a hose. Two options for forest bathing are available in the 'extras' section. Hydrotherapy Cold Plunge Session A cold plunge session, also known as cold water immersion therapy, involves submerging your body in cold water for a short time. Private Yoga/Meditation Session 1.5-hour long meditation & yoga session with breathwork. Private Silent Retreats 3, 5, 7-day private retreat customized experience.

The Raja Rendezvous Queen Yurt is a 16-ft/216-square-foot waterproof canvas bell tent with low-profile windows and a large netted door with double zippers for privacy and protection from creepy crawlies. Inside, you'll find the necessary camping necessities and a queen-sized bed with a Japanese futon mattress, boho-style quilt, pillows, and blankets. A soft rug, wicker side tables, and a large wicker couch give it that touch of home. The large couch can be used for sleeping guests. There is also a small fold-out floor cushion. Outside the tent, there is a small BBQ grill and a fire pit. There are two hammocks and two camp chairs. Please check with us before starting a fire to ensure safe conditions. We operate off-grid in the forest, which means no electricity is provided at the campsites. We provide solar lanterns in each tent and solar-lit pathways throughout the camp; however, you'll want to ensure you enjoy the darkness for stargazing outside your tent. Please take off your shoes before entering the tent. No farm kitties are allowed inside!

Reveal your explorer spirit in this 1950 Draw-tite expedition tent, made with great care for extreme mountainside camping....more specifically, Mount Everest of the Himalayas. Inntirety has put a new spin on the rugged & nearly indestructible canvas dwelling by adding a full-sized bed & boho style decor. Please be aware that the tent has some staining, but it has been meticulously cared for. This is more of an "experiential" type stay, but if you enjoy the idea of staying in a piece of history, this is your spot. Dressed to the nines in traditional Mt. Everest mountainside fashion. Super cozy, has a super amazing view of the ponds, is the biggest camp spot on the property, and is super awesome. Site has a hammock, 2 camp chairs, a fire pit, a bbq grill, and tons of charm.

Embrelize TiPi Tent Near Creek

Embrelize site is a touch of glamp but mostly camp. You bring your gear, we provide a twin-sized sleeping mat and a couple sleeping bags if needed. Embrelize is nestled away in the pines and just a short hop, skip, and jump to the creek. There are no fires allowed in the Pines, but you can use the community campfire area if you'd like! The Inntirety Cafe / Lounge has a small community kitchen with an electric burner, electric water kettle, a french press for making coffee, a very small refrigerator, drinking water, pots/pans, cooking utensils, drinking cups, coffee cups, and a few more essentials. Coffee and tea are complimentary and can be found in the community kitchen. Inntirety Cafe also has a little gift shop with candles, smudge sticks, stickers, and other spiritual tools. Off the cafe is a little guest lounge area full of books, games, and other fun activities. The pool is located outside of the cafe. Solar showers are in this area as well. Hope to see you soon!

No adress on place or signage Molded carpet and trash around house Shower is a bucket with tape on a hose Bathroom is a hole in the ground with a partial outhouse and toilet on it. Place is trashed and not maintained. The pond is nice. The neighbor is an angry person so not ask any questions or for help.

Our time at Inntirety was beautiful. Carrie has created a place of peace, solace, exploration and magic. We were very comfortable in the Raja yurt! It was decorated beautifully too! Every need we ran into, Carrie was able to help us with. Lastly, we did the couples outdoor bath- that was one of the most incredible experiences to be out under full moon. I would highly recommend this space to any good heart! Thank you Carrie, we appreciate you so much!

Raja Rendezvous Bell Tent
The stay was absolutely amazing. The host Carrie is a delight and made the trip even better than expected. She was very welcoming and happy to answer questions & take pictures for us. We booked the floral bath and it was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Not to mention the exceptionally comforting lounge area that provides dishes/pots pans which allowed us to not have to pack extra. If we could rate it 10 stars we would. Book your stay!

Wendy's Tree House With Deck
Carrie is so warm and welcoming, me and my partner felt so safe! The property is very homey, this time of year obviously the trees are bare but I can only imagine what it looks like in full Spring. The cabin bed is so cozy, and Carrie was super accommodating and made sure we were warm through the night with a heated blanket. The moon was out and there wasn't a cloud in sight to block it. Definitely a special and very romantic place to stay. In these trying times it was a wonderful getaway of connectivity and a practice in presence. A great place to forget about the hustle and bustle of the city. Would also highly recommend the couple's bath. It was a beautiful ceremonious bonding experience that I feel brought us closer to one another. Carrie made us feel very seen as we are :)

Such a fun place to explore, the trails, each site with its unique setting and ambiance. The camper was perfect (with the heated blanket to take off the chill), and the fire pit thing! Even a phine charger plug (which I usually forget to pack) Cafe was well set up, and the reading room was nice ti sit in and warm up in the morning!

The Forrest campout in Carrie's yurt was lovely. It was a combination of being in touch with nature and having the amenities needed. Carrie truly did make this a magical and memorable trip for all of us. She went over and above as host. I highly recommended!

My stay at Wendy’s Tree House was very dreamy. The bed was so cozy. The deck was wonderful. I definitely plan on coming back and checking out one of the tents and setting up a sauna session.

I am on a solo cross country road trip… healing my inner child. This stop was everything I hoped for. The little girl in me was so excited about Wendy’s Tree House. It has a large beautiful porch where you can meditate, do yoga or just sit and relax with the property cat. The chickens were so much fun and enjoyed following you around. There is a little cottage where you can purchase snacks, make some food, etc. The pit toilet was clean and no smell at all! You have to walk aways from your car to your site, I had to keep going back and forth, but wasn’t an issue. I have a car fridge that I needs to stay plugged in. Unfortunately there is no electricity for your stay (except for the cottage). Luckily I have a small generator and was able to keep my fridge cold overnight sitting in my car. I highly recommend this place. Especially if you are on any type of healing/spiritual journey. The host has great vibes and created a magical spot! Wish I had been able to stay longer!

Joe and Carrie made our concert anniversary get away beyond perfect. We stayed with them to see Glass Animals at Azura Amphitheater for our 17th Anniversary. The quiet yurts, we're tastefully decorated to bring a calm, warm vibe. Lots of candles, to fill the space with warmth. Nestled deep on their property. Everything was beautiful and they both make you feel like family. Joe helped us get to and from the show as we swapped stories of mountain life. If you need to get in touch with yourself or your partner in nature, please consider Joe & Carrie's property. You won't be disappointed, I promise.

We loved staying at Inntirety! The hosts are friendly and very accommodating, while also giving us plenty of space. The camper was clean and cozy and stayed cool even in late august, the pool was perfect for a late night dip, and getting to explore the trails, take a forest shower, and eat a breakfast of fresh laid eggs was a great way to start the morning! Also, Carrie’s smoothies are to die for.

Our stay in the "yurt" (more of a bell tent) was lovely! Carrie and Joe were extremely generous and welcoming hosts and we felt well taken care of. The yurt is spacious and nicely appointed, and we made plenty of use out of the hammocks and fire pit at the site. The forest surrounding the site is pristine and magical; this is a perfect environment to reflect, play, and rest.

There are absolutely no words to say what a wonderful experience we had. Carrie and Joe are incredible. I want to scream thru the trees of how happy we are to have stayed here. They will go above and beyond to make your time and choice staying here worth it. It was so cool to step foot in the forest and just breathe. You can see how magical it is. It’s a go with the flow. If you walk in and think oh dear… things aren’t perfect then book another night. Let go and let it be perfect. You won’t regret it

Great site with lots to explore and do, we visited during some hot days and they had plenty of portable fans to help keep us cool. Snacks and drinks also available very accommodating and peaceful environment, just make sure to spray up lots of mosquitoes but nothing in there control went wrong. They also have 2 cats very very friendly we even walked the trail with one of the cats.

The moment I arrived i knew I was exactly where i needed to be. Carrie is one of the most wonderful souls I’ve ever met. We instantly connected and she was able to guide me where I needed to be for myself, and held space for me as well. The healing i experienced was unexplainable and I’ll be forever greatful. I didn’t want to leave. I stayed in the Yurt and Wendy’s Place, both gave me something unique. I was able to create again! I chose to do the outdoor bath and I can honestly say it changed my life. If you’re looking to find yourself and connect back to earth this is where you need to be. I’m so glad the Universe brought me there during my travels

From the first step I took on Carries magical land, i knew I was exactly where I needed to be. I’d like to call it an Enchanted Forest! It truely is a healing center and Carrie is one of the most incredible souls I’ve ever met. Her land provided me with such peace as well as her accommodating presence. I highly recommend the Outdoor Bath. Carrie’s calm healing presence is at the highest level.I’m pretty sure it changed my life! If you’re looking to find peace, or center yourself this is where you belong. I can’t wait to come back, and I’m excited to share this experience with others.

I loved staying at this place. It was very cozy, had a bunch of stuff to do and just perfect for relaxing and recharging. I loved taking a bath in the summer heat in their swimming pool. I highly recommend this place. Carrie is very responsive and will try her best to accommodate you.

Super cute tree house, very nice & tidy & the bed was very comfortable. It's only a step up from the ground (so easy access), but the way it's situated among the trees, you really feel like you're surrounded by the tree tops. My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend there. The hammock on the deck & solar powered fan in the tree house were excellent touches!
