Slip Bluff Park stands out as a unique camping destination, offering a blend of natural beauty and modern amenities in a serene setting. With both tent and electric sites available, campers can choose between a non-electric site for just $15 or an electric site for $20. Please note that all camping is on a first-come, first-served basis, as we do not accept reservations. The campground features a modern shower house, built in 2009, equipped with showers and flushable toilets for your convenience. Additional facilities include pit toilets, potable water, a playground, picnic areas, and two larger shelters that can be reserved online. The overlook shelter provides stunning views of the Grand River, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and gatherings. For outdoor enthusiasts, Slip Bluff Park offers approximately 2.5 miles of hiking trails that wind through the park's beautiful landscape. Currently undergoing restoration to return to its Oak Savanna roots, the park is a haven for birdwatchers, especially during migration seasons when a variety of birds can be spotted. Additionally, hunting is permitted on the east end of the park, adding to the outdoor adventure options available.
