    Sampson Springs Campground is off on its own outside Decorah, Iowa. The trees in the area were large and provided great shade for the 106* heat index days we had. We went to get away and relax. We felt as if we had complete privacy. We didn’t hear one peep from anywhere outside our camper! We had a site just off the main stretch of the entrance road. There was more than typical space between the pull-through campsites where we were. We will return soon and often!
