Spacious Barn Studio Apt
Urban Farm was such a nice break from a long road trip. The farm itself was an added treat for my son and the accommodations were perfect for us after a long day of driving. Justin is very responsive and an excellent host. Will absolutely be back.

We were on a road trip and need a nice place to recharge and sleep for one night. It was a last minute reservation and Justin was quick to respond and accommodate us. We wish we could have stayed longer . The apartment with the deck was spacious, clean, quiet and had a nice bathroom and kitchenette. We left early in the morning but were able to visit with the two friendly kitties , chickens, goats and a dog. Got a peak at the gardens too! Great spot close to a lot of shops etc. but feels rural! We had a lot of camping equipment in the back of our truck so we appreciated the gated and locked parking.

We enjoyed staying on the urban farm in Casa del Arbol while visiting Indianapolis. The property was a short drive or Uber away from downtown. The tree house was quaint, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the chickens and goats with our morning coffee. Everything we needed was provided and as advertised. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone seeking accommodations in the Indy area.

we really enjoyed staying at the tree house! the space was great for our needs with a loft bed up top, and a convertible sofa/bed down below. special cheers for the two balconies, minifridge, and the saluspa hottub down below! we also really loved the community area (for cooking, playing tabletop or card games, N64, and watching movies) the fire pit, the veggie, goat, and chicken farm, as well as the cats and dogs. it's a really wonderful place full of life. entry was really easy and the place feels quite comfy and welcoming :)

We had a great stay! The treehouse was clean and comfortable. Even though it got cold at night, we were nice and toasty! The hot tub was an absolute treat. We loved all the animals on the property and exploring the gardens. What a unique place!

Very special place just minutes away from downtown Indy. I stayed in the treehouse and purchased fresh eggs which I planned to cook for breakfast, but then I ran out of time. Love the paths, the clucking chickens, and the whole vibe. Note that the livestock dog may bark periodically during the night. It didn't bother me because I have dogs at home that do that. And you are staying on a real working farm!

Absolutely fantastic spot. We loved the Treehouse with it's private hot tub. The sleeping loft was so cozy I didn't want to come down. It felt like summer camp for adults.
We had some pretty big thunderstorms and we enjoyed watching the rain through the glass windows. Highly recommend Justin's place!

The space is even more cozy in person. Although there were other guests on the property, the treehouse felt private. It was nice waking up to see animals and plants everywhere. The view of the farm from the treehouse is great too. They have spaces throughout the property to meditate/do yoga which was nice! Inside the treehouse there’s a super comfy bed, AC/heat unit and mini fridge. Would recommend 👍🏼

Was a recently remodeled unit above a farm with stove, fridge, sink, full bathroom with shower. Only thing missing was microwave.
Great location with active farm with chickens running around and you can buy fresh produce including fresh eggs laid that day. Has Zen garden and other neat walkways

Loved this stay! So special and serene. Loved the property! The RV aka "Colonel Mustard" was spotless and well decorated. There were baby sheep when I stayed! There is a Catholic Church, St. Roch within walking distance. Also loved the meditation garden with Our Lady of Peace and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The whole property was peaceful. Stay here! You won't regret it!

Our night in the treehouse was fun! We got there late, so didn’t get to explore much, but woke up to the happy sounds of chickens and goats. The bed was comfortable, a/c was appreciated and access to a bathroom was great! We wondered the farm in the morning, fed the animals and gave cuddles to mama Luna and Oso, who guards the farm animals.

I stayed several days in early July and was very impressed by the treehouse and the farm. The farm and animals are peaceful, the bathrooms are clean. There was an equipment problem and the host was very responsive and had it fixed asap. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommend if you enjoy unique stays!

The RV is so cool and everything hung is neat and tidy! It is right next to the goats and chickens and has its own dedicated hot tub. The Farm is beautiful and peaceful. It's almost impossible to believe what a short drive it is to city life!

Justin's Urban Farm was a great place to stay. Very friendly and welcoming, fun to walk around and enjoy the gardens and animals. We stayed in the treehouse which was perfect for us! It was very easy and convenient to get a ride share into downtown Indianapolis.

Everything about Moen Acres was awesome. The story behind Justin's restoration of the farm is incredible, and all the spaces encourage socializing (if you want) but give the privacy anyone might need. The Tree House (Casa del Arboral as it's called onsite). The free range animals (chickens, cats, and dogs) were super friendly (the cat decided to chill on the handrail while I got around this morning). The room itself was small, but very functional and comfortable. You only need to duck getting into the loft bed or the seating area below. It was well equipped with hot plate, pots and pans, coffee equipment (and Delicious coffee), A/C and heater, and plenty of fans to move the air. The best part is the food available seasonally (I got 4 fresh eggs for just $2 - they were quite large and delicious.)

Justin’s Urban Farm is truly an oasis in the city! 10-15 minutes from downtown Indy, yet feels like world’s away. I enjoyed my morning coffee with chickens, sheep, goats, and of course the farm cats and dogs. The gardens are spectacular and I purchased a variety of greens (May) to enjoy at home and provoke memories of our time there. So, so much better than a stuffy hotel room! The creature-comfort amenities were more than expected with a, private bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower a few yards from the treehouse. And the treehouse is totally amazing, cozy, and peaceful with views of the entire farm (fyi, there is a coffee maker and coffee!) ❤️ 100% recommend, and a 10/10 all day!

Such a unique, fun, adventure fulfilling, destination property with all the amenities you want without the pretense and crowd of the city…but still in the propinquity. Rustic and reclaimed and just the right space, traced with creature comforts like ac, accent/mood lighting, Bluetooth wireless speakers, hot tub, pool, tiki bar, private restroom with full shower, theater/game room…. All on a functioning farm servicing local farm to table restaurants in the area. Gated and guarded by a platoon of cats and a few dogs with the most personality I’ve ever seen. The property offers chickens and goats and sheep as well all feed and pettable! 5 Stars!!!

What an amazing find. Being 10 mins or less from downtown on a farm was magical. Col Mustard was comfy cozy. Having the sheep and chickens for neighbors made it all the more like being way outside of modern civilization but with the bonus of being 5 minutes from super coffee, great eats and Lucas Oil Stadium where my son was marching in the DCI Championship.

An absolutely magnificent stay!
We were blown away but the grounds and the Yurt was the perfect space for our trip. Access to bathrooms was a plus. The beauty of the surroundings really swept us off our feet. Planning to come back again soon!
