Hi! My name is Macy, and this is a project that my grandmother, father, brother, and I have been working on together. Our goal is to share our property with families who have children that love to ride. A quick story: When I was a kid, one of my dad’s best friends’ parents let us use about 20 acres of their farm and woods, where we set up a little campground. We had a small camper, tents, a fire pit, and a track out in the woods where we rode dirt bikes, four-wheelers, and side-by-sides. The best part was that we could keep our belongings and machines there during the week, so when the weekend came, all we had to do was show up and make memories with family and friends. To this day, we still talk about those times. With that in mind, we want to rent this cabin out to families so they can experience the same thing. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible for you to simply show up and focus on creating memories. We hope that keeping things simple will allow for more time riding and enjoying the woods. We’re also located close to many attractions, which are listed in the cabin description. Since it’s private property, it’s a safe environment—even for beginner riders. If you have any questions or would like more information, please feel free to reach out to us.

The Hideout

Tent site · Sleeps 20
We are a small family that has a 14-acre wooded lot with various trails, perfect for young kids and families to ride on. We can accommodate dirtbikes, ATVs, side-by-sides, golf carts, and electric bikes. We also allow BB guns, airsoft, and pellet guns, but you must have proper safety equipment. We have recently built this cabin that can sleep two adults and three children comfortably. The triple bunk has three twin-size beds and the single bed is a full-size bed. A queen-size and twin-size air mattress can be provided if needed. We have set this up so that all you have to bring is your personal belongings, your machines, and your food/drinks. This is a primitive-style cabin as of now, there is no electricity or running water. We have battery/solar-powered lighting and lanterns for the inside as well as a water dispenser for drinking and cooking. Any food/drinks you bring, or choose to purchase, will need to be in coolers you bring or ones we can provide. A Wal-Mart is within 8 miles, and a corner store is within 2 miles of the cabin. We can provide coolers for you to use if you choose to purchase food/drinks once you get here. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, cups, dishes, and eating utensils will be provided. A charcoal and propane grille is provided. For the restroom facility, we have a freshly serviced outhouse/porta-potty with a sink and freshwater. We plan to add an indoor bathroom and a small kitchenette soon. Again, there is no electricity. But we have provided plenty of lighting. We are trying to provide a very relaxing and easy-to-use camping set-up. We want you to spend all your time making memories riding and enjoying the property. We have a lot of wildlife throughout the woods. You may see deer, rabbits, squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons, and a large variety of birds. There are a few farm animals at the edge of the property and the surrounding area that children can visit. We have yard games, board games, and some children's toys in the cabin. We will also be providing: outdoor chairs, the fire pit ring with some firewood (if more is needed, you can purchase it from the neighbor). We would like to apologize that we are NOT able to accept pets at this time. We do not provide machines, you must bring your own! If you have any questions, reach out!
