After Vivian's passing, Curt and his wife Joyce continued to nurture this beautiful haven, ensuring it remains a place where visitors can unwind and reconnect with nature. Nestled at the eastern edge of Greene-Sullivan State Forest, just three miles west of Linton, Hillbilly Acres Campground offers shaded campsites in a tranquil setting. Our facilities include full hook-ups for RVs and campers, along with seven cozy cabin rentals. Families will appreciate our dedicated play area for children, while outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy two on-site lakes perfect for catch-and-release fishing. With scenic walking trails, a weekend camp store, and more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The Greene-Sullivan State Forest encompasses over 7,000 acres and is home to more than 120 lakes, providing ample opportunities for fishing and hunting.
