Our 22 acre property is perfect for people who want to get away. There is only one house visible from ours. Its very quiet and secluded. We offer 50amp service, water hookup and dump station if needed. There is WIFI also available for RV Campers (we are in the country so it is what it is). There are 2 sites. One in the woods for tent campers and one up above for RV campers. We do not have showers or bathrooms for campers. The Big Blue River boarders the whole property. We have kayaks we could rent out if someone needed them or bring your own. We have a large fire ring up above and a more compact one for river front, with the first wheel barrow load of wood free. We are close to I70 and have a nice little convince store and Dollar Store about a mile away that will have all the necessities. Plenty of room to park at both sites.

This sight is in woods near the river. If the river is flooded or in danger of flooding the booking will have to be canceled for safety reasons. I mowed a path to the tent camping spot. It is 30ft from the edge of the water. Please stay on the path or the stinging nettles will get you. The sight is flat and mowed. You can drive your vehicle to it and park at your own risk. I drive my truck down there all the time when kayaking, but I am not responsible for anything happening to your car.

Fish, swim, cannoe, kayak or just relax. We have a large fire ring and nice large open area for our RVers. It's very quiet out here with only one other visible house. The driveway leads down the hill to the Primitive camping spot on the river. If you are in need of dog grooming service for your fuzzy friend while you are here, this will be available when my wife is done grooming regular customers in the evenings (usually). If you are here during the right time of the year, fresh veggies from our garden will be available also. I RECOMMEND STAYING ON THE TRAIL. IF YOU WONDER OFF THE STINGING NETTLES WILL GET YOU.

Great private and peaceful place to camp for the night on a cross country road trip. As mentioned previously, there was a dog (or two) across the river that were a little mouthy throughout the night, but it was a safe enough area we would’ve felt safe putting in ear plugs if it disturbed our sleep. Loved listening to all the different birds in the morning!

We were welcomed to the site by the hosts and they helped us set up the water, hydro etc. The site is very quiet, and to sit outside at night and see the stars is fantastic. Great walk down to the river. The hosts have friendly dogs that great you in the evening. Will definitely stay there again.

Private, shaded campsite with plenty of room. Obstructed river access, but accessible. Hosts very accommodating. Firewood and fire pit provided. Point of note; neighbors across the river has a farm with a large dog with alot to say.

The hosts were super flexible with our last minute adjustments to travel plans and greeted us warmly. We were worried about rain but Sam kept an eye out for us while we were away from our site. The site in the back was very private and quiet other than occasional barking dogs that live across the river. Plenty of space to set up a few tents and have a relaxing evening :)

Beautiful spot, nice folks, offered firewood. It was raining hard so my tent spot ended up being car camping, but I still had a lovely walk with my dog down to the river.

Very nice people and very accommodating. Great quiet location with a nice walk down to the water. Wish we had more time to explore the area but had other plans and only had time for a short stay. Would love to stay again whenever we are around the area.

Great spot just off of I-70. The hosts were so accommodating and had the fire going when we pulled up. Such generous and kind people. Great spot at an awesome price! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
