This is an absolutely untouched 2.0-acre parcel of heavily wooded farmland that hasn’t been disturbed since 1995, when it was gifted to a family member who would occasionally cut the grass in a small clearing beyond the gate. The house that sheltered 10 children throughout the 20th century, and witnessed plumbing becoming commonplace, proudly stands buried in the brush, with its rough-cut log skeleton and roof beams still holding on to a life that quietly disappeared into the woods. Now you can disappear too! Peaceful. Quiet. Rural. Please be mindful not to enter the structure, as it is unstable. It is simply something to behold while you sit with your friends and reflect on how simple life used to be. Thank you for choosing the forgotten history of Waycross, GA! Now you can dissappear too! Peaceful. Quiet. Rural. ***Special Note!*** Be mindful not to enter the structure as it is not stable. It is simply something to behold while you sit around with your friends laughing about how simple life used to be. We do offer supervised tours, as well as other extras!
