We became the owners of this 6 acres in 2020. We have since started a large garden, have goats and chickens, and have had many projects. We love sharing this beautiful space with others! We are surrounded by the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Reserve, 4000 acres of beauty. There are hiking and biking trails, 2 lakes for fishing, kayaking on the South River, or have a lazy day in the woods. So much to enjoy for outdoor lovers. Being under the canopy of the pine trees really helps keep the site cool during Georgia summers. We have a nice outhouse and outdoor shower with hot water that are available to campers. We do live on the property and the bathroom area is shared with others. Welcome!

Site 3 - Tranquil Fern
This was a sweet little camping area. It had a very cool trail to hike that leads into a quarry, just be careful you can get lost. ;) I have camped a lot in my lifetime, and I can say it had the nicest outhouse I’ve ever seen! The signage from the road could be a little better. All in all, I would return and suggest this place to friends.

Site 1 - Serene Muscadine
Serene muscadine campsite was good for a one night stay, about a 30 min drive outside of Atlanta which was convenient. The site itself was basic, but we appreciated the flush toilet outhouse and outdoor shower! Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise due to the nearby highway and several gunshots that sounded eerily close by. Also, the parking situation was confusing, and we had to ask several people to finally figure out the space issue.

Site 2 - Peaceful Pines
Camping lifestyle
Very peaceful place, just secluded enough to feel alone in the woods. Pull up and park, the area where you are can is right next to your parking just a few steps away. Will be back to enjoy a full weekend to do some fishing.

Very nice campsite. A bit on the pricey side though. You won’t see your neighbors as it is quite spread out, commodities as good

My stay at Peaceful Pines was amazing, I’d definitely stay again! There’s plenty of room for a tent or a camper/vehicle. It’s very close to a hiking trail with great views.
