45-foot RV-grade slab with 50 amp electric and water hook-ups. Enjoy the shaded, completely fenced backyard with access to fire pit, swing set and hammock, set in a quiet neighborhood. Be aware that two overly friendly huskies and egg-laying chickens also think this space is theirs. (Owners will share eggs 😉) Guests will be liable for their own pets if they choose to let them free roam and they must be child friendly. Sewage is not available so guests will be making their own arrangements for dumping. Garbage pick-up is provided. Long-term guests may use mailing address and have packages delivered. Enjoy fun and sun! An hour or less from beaches and Tampa Bay attractions!Backyard is surrounded by 6 foot solid PVC fencing. There are many trees providing shade. Double-wide gate on residence's Tranquil Drive side is used for access. The concrete slab was designed for extra heavy RVs and the grass driveway has been reinforced with asphalt. Electric is on the side of the house. Water is on the wall just below. Family residence on the property who will share the backyard area. Neighborhood is quiet with shady streets for biking or walking. Restaurants, pharmacies, Wal-mart, and commercial areas are 5-15 minutes away in every direction. Beaches within an hour: Tampa Bay, Clearwater and Pine Island.

Wonderful Host / Nearby attractions

We enjoyed our 6 night stay with Stacey and her family. The cement pad worked well for our 38 Ft. Class A with room to spare. They greeted us and directed us inside the gated area. The RV was parked inside an easy in and out gate and our vehicle was right outside the gate in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Stacey has a nice fire pit in her yard, but we were so busy with all the local attractions that we didn't have time to use it ! The landscaped yard brought in a variety of birds that chirped happily in the morning. The back yard chickens were so enjoyable to watch and the fresh eggs were delicious ! We visited the Weeki Wachi Springs mermaid attraction and swam in the spring. Another day we kayaked the Weeki Wachi River. We visited the Homosassa Wildlife Park and enjoyed the nearby Seagrass Waterfront restaurant. We also visited family in Clearwater about an hour south on 19. Stacey's place was centrally located for our bucket list of things to see and do in the area. We loved our stay with Stacey and her sweet family !
