Within a 5 minute walk are the Pepper Creek Birding Trail and Homosassa Wildlife State Park. Within a 5 minute drive are boat and kayak launch sites, groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops. Old Homosassa is popular for fishing, scalloping, swimming with manatees, the freshwater springs, and enjoying Florida's nature coast. Close to springs, pet friendly

Nice area, close to Homosassa springs wildlife state park and all surrounding nice areas. Quiet and safe place, out of the traffic of big city. Definitely, we will stay again when we go to the area. Thank you Marissa!

Marissa has a place which is in a great location to visit the Homosassa area and attractions there. Her site is level, has 15 amp electric connection, water availability and access to washer and dryer. Parking your rig is easy for most rigs.

Hidden Gem in Manatee country

Marissa has an amazing site and it's definitely a hidden gem for anyone looking to explore the Homosassa and Crystal River area. The site is spacious and flat and the access to water, electric and laundry are a bonus. Note that the site has pretty heavy tree cover so starlink experiences interruptions. We were able to walk/bike to the state wildlife park, hop into the stream and swim with manatees and a short car ride to the boat launch and numerous restaurants/stores. Marissa was great with communication and very kind with 2 adorable dogs.
