I bought this home 1 year ago, converting the bottom floor which use to be 10 horse barn into a living quarter. I am halfway done with the project, but low on finance and so delaying it, got halfway finished. Will continued working on it after saving up some more.  I love having my own garden and growing my own food. You'll get to see some of the things I planted and you can help with the farm if you like while you are here.  My pond is fully stocked and has fished in it. So you'll get to enjoy some of that. I also have boat and canoes you can use you play around in the pond..  The farm is quiet and peaceful, you will enjoy the quiet time away from the beach and the city. And when you are ready for the beach again, it is only about 10 minutes drive away. All the restaurants, supermarket, and bars are within 5 minute drive.

    It was calm but airplane in morning
    No toilet - no trash facilities - the road is not in good condition bit the address was correct.

    Jason was accommodating and my stay comfortable. He is also very close to Ormond Beach which was great.

    Great place, highly recommend!
    Justin was attentive and prompt even though we made our reservation in the late evening. His property was clean and quiet, which means a lot to us! He was available early in the morning so we could shower and offered coffee. Thanks for the hospitality, we will be back!
