Great introduction to Florida
Great spot to settle down before exploring Florida. Ben and son were great hosts and had a great conversation. The parking spot was relatively level but with the provided levelling blocks it was almost bang on. I would recommend this overnight stay.

Molino Adams RV spot
It was a good base to check out the area of Pensacola. Good price and nice fenced in private lot right next to Ben's house. Our host Ben was very pleasant. Our only tip is if you have a pull behind trailer and you have to back in its tricky and we don't reccomend doing it the dark! Bens father in law helped us with that!

Molino Adams RV spot
Such a nice place to stay and wonderful camp host. He was super accommodating and provides so much more than we were thinking with his cute little outside area, fridge with a small screen room, and grill. Close enough to the beach to not spend a lot of time driving and close to groceries for getting your grilling essentials. Definitely worth checking out!

Short but sweet stay with issues.
It was a start. Just needed work. Electricity was there, water was a hose he pulled from his house. It leaked on both ends. The dump spot is in an awkward spot and while trying to dump, we broke the hose. He did have a cute little bbq spot with a fridge, if your there longer then the one day we were. The gate coming in is a bit tight to get into also.

Exactly what we wanted and needed
GreaT example of why we Hipcamp!!!
Ben was a gracious and accommodating host!!! The campsite is even better than advertised. It’s , easy to enter, very nicely landscaped and well maintained on the side of the property so it is private. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want easy access to Pensacola and the surrounding area and a comfortable place in the country
There is a darling screened in little cabana with a full size refrigerator and freezer that was spotless. The cabana has a wood deck with a BBQ grill and in front of that an outdoor carpeted area. At the edge of that is a little splash pool and an umbrella Two reclining deck chairs were provided . Very cool spot
Ben came out (masked as requested) and guided us to the spot. Once he made sure we were in place he left us to our privacy after asking if we needed anything else and saying to text if we needed anything. Ben’s communications were gracious and timely. Great hospitality!!!
