This site is in flood plain but It sits high above the river, so little risk unless epic continuous days of rainfall.
The property was the site of the local fire department garage and fire truck for 65+ years until they relocated up the street to construct a larger building on much bigger property. Rarely are river front camping lots available and if they do, many are a major hassle access-wise NOT this one. Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep the noise especially low by 9:00pm on the weekdays and 10pm on the weekends. This super convenient location is 100 yards across the intersection from the Town of Raymond elevation sign.
