Cute little trailer on a 10 acre farm property. Located just off of scenic highway 1 on a historic property is your very own private campsite. Deck, fire pit, and outdoor shower available. You will be close to world class surfing, hiking, and beaches. Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur are close by as well. Our property was a historic winery back in the 1800's and is now a charming bed and breakfast. Great for up to 2 guests and one dog. Pets are allowed with notice at time of booking!Pull right up to the deck of your private campsite located on our private 10 acre estate. The property was once the site of one of the first wineries in Santa Cruz County. The trailer has heat, A/C, toilet a small kitchen and bathroom and outdoor shower. There is also a queen size memory foam mattress, a dinette for eating, working, etc. and a Smart TV with wifi. The deck has chairs and a gas firepit. Nisene Marks Reedwoods State Park is a quick 2 miles away with amazing hiking and mountain bike trails. Capitola Village is 3 exits away up highway 1 and Carmel and Monterey are about 45 minutes south. Note: the queen size mattress is a queen RV style, which is 73 inches long so if you’re over 6 feet tall, you may need to fold out the dinette bed and sleep slightly diagonally.

Your Own Private Campsite!
Glamping in Aptos!
We have only ever tent camped so this was a new experience for us and I think it definitely spoiled us to how convenient camping can be. Derek was super helpful, friendly, and responsive. The campsite was beautiful and peaceful and in a wonderful location for hiking, shopping, dining or just relaxing at the beach. The amenities available at the campsite blew us away and it helped having a private shower and bathroom.

It was such a Grand Time at Derek's land. It was Totally Peaceful and Private. All the appliances work and It had Beautiful Klandestine Views. The perfect way to Rest and Relax. Thank You so much for the TLC put into really making this a memorable place to be

Highly recommend
I stayed two nights in this cute well equipped camper. It was in a lovely quiet spot on private property. Highly recommend, close to sights, restaurants and fantastic sausage markets. The property has a trail for walking and no other camping, just a large house to rent.

It is a very nice cozy place with some easy atmosphere. Quiet, and safe. All amenities like you are at home - just portable. Host is nice and easy to communicate. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay!!!

Your Own Private Campsite!
Awesome host. Well equipped camper. Very secluded / tranquil location quiet and easy access to other parts of city locations. Will definitely come back again to explore other destination in the area including B&B Kid had fun seeing goats and chicken and the host even brought us some freshly laid eggs! He even provided a small grill to use over the picnic table. Time it right you may even get some fresh fruit off their many fruit trees. Easy checkin n checkout.

Great little trailer with all the amenities you need! The property on which it resides is beautiful and tucked away from the busy summer crowds of Santa Cruz. The host is super responsive and was quick to help when needed. We really enjoyed our stay!
